I recently had the pleasure of working with Salma, the Assistant Vice President at Chase Bank, and I couldn't be more impressed. Salma went above and beyond in answering all of my questions regarding my bank accounts, providing clear and helpful guidance. Her professionalism and expertise made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Additionally, her team was equally outstanding. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and handled everything with great professionalism. It's rare to find such a combination of excellent customer service and expertise, and I am truly grateful for their assistance. Highly recommend this Chase Bank and Salma’s team for any banking needs!

I had scheduled an appointment and arrived at the bank on time, but unfortunately, the person I was supposed to meet was not available. I spoke with someone else and explained my issue. They were kind enough to listen and identify the problem, but since they were attending to another customer, they asked me to wait for twenty minutes. I mentioned that I had an appointment and was unable to wait. As a result, my issue was not resolved. I am disappointed with this experience, as I had made an appointment and set aside time to address this matter.
I am relieved that Chase Bank is not my primary bank, as I have not had the best experiences with them in the past.

Was very much pleased with the service I got at this branch. The relationship banker Shabnam patiently and kindly guided me through the whole process, answered all my questions and helped me make an informed decision about the accounts that I wanted to open. With her exceptional service, she raised the bar for me in the customer service I would expect in banks and other institutions.

Christal was the absolute best! I’ve been a Chase customer for 10 years, but it was my first time coming to this new branch. I was having issues getting a cash advance from a non-Chase credit card. Even though it wasn’t a Chase credit card, Christal did everything she could to help me try and resolve the issue. She was more helpful than the actual institution that issued the credit card! Thanks again, Christal!

Such a nice experience! The wonderful hospitality I received doing just a small banking transaction made me feel so good and at home. Really appreciate all the staff, but especially Christal☺️ who handled my transaction so kindly and professionally and really made my day. Such pleasant people and such a beautiful branch location ?
