There is zero customer service with this bank. Zero. I have been a customer for 10+ years and never have experienced such terrible service. On top of that, I have to call the number to get any assistance. What? Why??? Every other bank has an email feature. Only bank that doesn't so then you have to set aside a painful 2 hours to deal with more agents who have zero clue about what they are doing. Fail on Capital one bank!

Out-of-service ATMs, or they don’t have any receipt paper, and paltry staffing inside where there are long lines for teller service.

Went in with a question about my account and the bank teller was very friendly and very helpful. They were able to help me with my question and walk me through process I needed to get the most out of my banking.

Here's the question I asked at Capital One in Vienna, Virginia: Knowing that FDIC insures $250,000. per person....Do my husband and I have to open TWO savings account to have $500,000. insured by FDIC? Or can we open one joint savings account and have our $500,000. insured with FDIC protection?Capital One in Vienna told us to go to FDIC for the answer.....which is of course the federal government. Huh? I told Capital One that this was a banking question and that they should know the answer. I was told that I was a "hostile" customer. Probably right. Questioning women are either aggressive or hostile. It was then explained to me that their employees were instructed by Capital One to not answer questions. That they just don't know the answers..... Scary.

Make a deposit for friend. Bank put into wrong account. This is not first time for me happening like this. Previous time, I catch it right away and told them to correct on the spot but not this time. Tellers are not helpful to correct their error.I need to ask manager for help.Also you will need ID to make deposit. None of other bank has that kind of stupid and useless policy.Additional fact: you need extra time and patience if you used drive through service.

Capital One Bank - I have banked with them for a number of years and I have realized that they do not take care of their customers. Not flexible at all with even simple things like increase credit limit on a card, do not offer good rates on HELOC. I think you want a bank that will work with your needs as life progresses.

The local Branch of the Virginia base Capital One runs like a swiss clock. Mrs. Cherrie from main office did great communications with me during the hard times of the Corona Virus. Bank Branch runs well. Another person was Brian as I recall He is acting as an the Branch Ambassador. And I am Lech Alex Bajan of RAQport.com a long time client.
