I take all of my vehicles here for tire replacements or repairs and always receive top notch service. Customer service is great and the prices are fair. What more can you ask for? Employees are friendly and accommodating. I will continue to come here for any tire service and have recommended them to anyone with tire issues.

I went out tuesday and the passenger rear tire was flat. I usually go to a place in Falls Church but I needed the tire fixed ASAP. I found BWT, close to home and hours that were ok. Flat in the trunk I head over after work. Brian is inside and he takes the tire and my info. He quotes $29 for repair which is very reasonable. I expected much more. The next day I head over to retrieve the tire and am helped by Nacho behind the desk inside. I am lucky as the nail they took out was as long as my index finger and was 1/2" away from the sidewall meaning new tire. Glad of that. He carries the tire out to my car and I'm off. This is a little shop with a few employees. I'm glad to support this shop vs the big NTB/Mr Tire/ huge tire shops . Mom and pop will always work for me. These people are hard working and honest. Give them a try. I have been through the big chain BS and BWT is refreshing.

My right tire was going flat so our handyman, Shane referred me to BWT Tire. They were able to order a new tire in just one day for a reasonable price. Definitely try them out.

For more than a decade, I have trusted this local business and they have never let me down. The technicians are professional and honest -- if you have a small repair they might fix it on the spot. If you have a more extensive or complex problem, they will give you options, accurate time estimates (when your vehicle needs specific replacement parts ordered or labor) and fair prices. True story: BWT replaced my brake system for less than half of the dealership's price. The money I saved helped me pay for a summer vacation! Dealing with Nacho is always pleasant and educational. He is a straight shooter with a great sense of humor. The shop supports local youth sports teams and is a core part of the Vienna community. It doesn't get any better than BWT.

I have come here a few times over the past few years and find the people who work here are very nice, helpful and from my experience they dont try to upselling you like most places from my experience. I had a bad tire about a month ago, I bought another tire from them earlier this year. They did not have this tire in stock, they called around, found it, had it later that day. It was so nice to drive my car there, drop it off and in less than 30 minute have the tire changed and them not trying to sell me anything else. They talk about how honest they are and from my experience I feel comfortable about their honestly, sadly you can't say that about many places. I need to get brakes done on my car and going to call them and take my car there to get the brakes done. This is new new go-to place for car repairs. They have limited hours that you need to work around, but when you have a great shop, that goes great work, at a fair price and honest, It's worth going here.
