This place is very disorganized. The shoe section looked like an earthquake has just happened. The shoes were all over the place and it was hard to find a right size as they were misplaced. The fitting room was closed when I was there. I gave two stars as the staff was nice during check out.

This shop is good for disposable things like when you go on a holiday. The prices are good for use and throw. Items don't last long after a few washes the items need to be binned/trashed. I still love it!

Terrible location. Fitting room is closed, how is that possible in a clothing store? Looks like someone decided that keeping the same rules after the pandemic is cheaper for them.Restroom is closed for the customers, no sign on the door designating that. Asked a manager “why”? Didn’t get an explanation, looks like they are making up there own rules and just don’t want to pay for someone to do an extra cleaning. Poor management ruining the experience

Bathrooms require door code but code is not given to customers by employees. Employees also don't speak English. Water filter on fountain is red and needs replacing. Fitting rooms in the back are closed. Registers are slower than rush hour traffic. Burlington coat factory is a pretty low quality business with bad facilities and employees.

The store hours are wrong. Both the Google website and the phone line list the closing time on Sundays as 11 PM but we came at 10 PM and the doors were already closed. Pretty sure an employee saw us and chose to ignore us as opposed to let us know they were closed. (The hours aren’t posted on their door so we had no idea)

I see Yelp has the correct hours listed but the store hours on Google and their phone line are wrong. They list the closing time on Sundays as 11 PM but we came at 10 PM and the doors were already closed. Google also said their hours were updated a week ago..? Also pretty sure an employee saw us and chose to ignore us as opposed to let us know they were closed. (The hours aren't posted on their door so we had no idea)

After two weeks, when I returned my items to Burlington in Tyson Vienna with the receipt, the lady named Stephanie, who was the manager, said very rudely and impolitely that she couldn’t accept the return because the item had been used. However, I had taken a picture of the item.

I came to this store 10:36pm and it was CLOSED. Online it states that the store closes at 11pm. There was quiet a few of us outside caught off guard. Very dissapointed.

this location employees are the worst! i was going to be charged double for a pair of pants, because there was no tag on it and supposedly he looked “at the system”. i said that would be impossible and asked if he can call an employee to look for, he said we don’t have that service, so i offered to look and brought it to him the same pants and of course half the price, i showed him that at he looked at me like i had created problems, not even a word to me when i asked him why the system was showing different? he just didn’t want to finish the process and gave my stuff to another employee who was backing him up, like i was the one who lied! what do they do? take the money and put in their pocket? the worst location to shop!

I picked up a christmas item from clearance section and took it to the register along with other items. I asked the cashier Daniel to scan it and let me know the price. He would just not scan it, he said I know its not on sale (this was 2 days back). I told him okay still can you scan and see the price, he said I am the only one working here and I cant scan it for you. He just kep arguing with me and at the end, I had to leave that item that I was asking him to scan.Then, I had 2 items to return. I didn’t have receipt but I told him he could look up for my phone number and pull the receipt from there. He told me why do you guys buy if you have to return things. Dont buy at the very first. He was extremely rude. (You can check the footage if possible to see what kind of tone and body language he was using) I told him to talk nicely, he said I am the only one working here. Even if he is working alone, he has no rights to talk to a customer like this. I have been a very regular customer at this very Burlington store and never faced any issues. But after this incident, I doubt if I will visit the same store ever.

The store keeps closing early. It’s 9:30 pm and the doors are locked. Last time I walked in around 9pm and was told I have to leave because they had inventory that day. The time prior to that they closed by 9pm because there was an active leak (apparently). I witnessed the store manager talk in a very disrespectful and humiliating way to his employee while the employee was checking out a customer. I felt horrible for the guy and wanted to speak up, but this is not my place. Please address this issue of closing early and the company culture. It seems extremely disorganized.
