Young lady at the cashier just now was very frustrated because the store's closing time is 9pm, but here in google maps it shows closing time of 10pm. She apologized for her frustration and clearly didnt know about the mistake here in google maps, but opening times should be reflected here accurately, as workers have the right to be frustrated with customers who dont follow store rules, or superiors who do not communicate such rules clearly to customers.

The store is a mess customer service is horrible dirty and unorganized! I HAD MY 4 YEAR OLD ABOUT TO PEE ON HIMSELF AND THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW HIM TO USE THE RESTROOM ONE PERSON GAVE US THE WRONG CODE! ANOTHER SAID IT WAS FOR EMPLOYEE'S ONLY, AND THE LAST RUDE GIRL SAID IT WAS NOT WORKING A PLUMBING ISSUE!? I SAID YALL ARE LYING WHERE IS THE SIGN ON THE RESTROOM? YALL ARE LAZY AND DONT WANT PEOPLE TO USE IT SO YALL DONT HAVE TO CLEAN. I PUT MY ENTIRE CART BACK LEFT PISSED TO GO FIND A RESTROOM FOR MY SON. AFTER I FINALLY FOUND SOMETHING I WAS LOOKING FOR JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE GOOD LUCK THE WORST ONE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! ALSO THERE WAS NO SORRY ITS BROKEN THERE WAS NOT ITS A RESTROOM NEXT DOOR JUST DRY NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD

This store was like a ghost town it was spare in places and not really sure how they stay in business. The mesh of the clothes items make it hard to figure out what or where you’re located regarding the sections of the store. The staff I encountered were professional and helpful.

The service here is terrible. Everytime I come it's one cashier to ten customers. Not to mention their poor attitudes. The other cashiers are there behind the counter but playing on their phone while the line wraps around the store.
There Is too much retail competition in this area for a poorly managed store like this to exist. Marshalls and TJMax next door and Tysons across the street. Poor service and disorganization will be the end of this store. Management needs to step in to save this place.

Just got out of this store after 30 minutes in line, 1 cashier for 40 people in line to pay, very disappointed. I asked the cashier a few times to call for help, she rudely ignore me without answering. This store definitely needs attention !
