From the first second i stepped into the store, Mr. Dexter greeted me kindly and was very professional throughout the whole experience. He was never pushy to purchase either. I bought a fridge and a washer/dryer combo. Store was clean and convenient. Best experience from start to installation. Thank you Mr. Dexter!!!I just went back to Mr. Dexter and bought more appliances. Super knowledgeable and never pushy. Educated me on differences and got me the best deal around. Very professional!! Highly recommend.

Our repair experience with Bryon was outstanding -- above and beyond. He was the fourth technician to come for a simple repair -- knob on the range kept falling off. Yet, he was the one who not only diagnosed the problem, he insisted with GE (the manufacturer) that the manual and website was giving the wrong part number. Through his persistence, the correct part finally arrived. The day of the scheduled repair, we had an unexpected doctor appointment. Instead of making us reschedule, Bryon held on to the part and called us the next day to see when he could come (without us having to go through scheduling for a new appointment). Excellent experience thanks to Bryon.

Price same as every other Ge dealer. Arrived on time and installed microwave all good. However their rebate process is tedious asking for all kinds of info. Then after 15 minutes of scanning and uploading forms and invoice numbers and serial numbers and model numbers….the rebate site said invalid. Kind of irritating

We have purchased many appliances over the years from Bray & Scarff and have been pleased with their service. Delivery is always excellent. The selection is a bit limited but sufficient. This time, the refrigerator we ordered was delayed multiple times by the manufacturer. When it finally arrived nearly four months later, we were very pleased with it. My only complaint is that we were not notified by our salesperson of the multiple delays. I only found out by having to call him to ask about the status. I expected him to keep me informed and was disappointed and frustrated.

Excellent service! Very professional, cordial! Helped me find what I was looking for, an electric range that I had found online. Main difficulty was finding store location, which ended up being a side street off Tyco Road with Tyco Road address.

My sales person was very nice and helpful. What is annoying, which is probably the same at Best Buy or Home Depot/Lowes, are the ridiculous fees that add $150 to your product purchase. Delivery fee, removal fee, have to buy new install kit, fee to change door from right opening to left opening.

We were greeted with a smile and a big welcome by Brian Mitchell. We told him that we were looking for a new refrigerator and a new washer and dryer. We gave him our measurements and then he showed us the items that we could use. He was precise, knowledgeable, and knew all there was to know of these appliances. We asked if we could have someone come to confirm our measurements and we signed up for a visit. Brian explained how it would be delivered, set up, and all other items necessary for our appliances to work, etc. I am looking forward to receiving our new appliances. We have used Bray and Scarff in the past and were happy and this is why we have returned. I highly recommend this wonderful company.
