“I noticed some bad reviews for this branch and I truly don’t see how it warrants it. I had a wonderful experience here with Berna as my tax associate. I had a unique tax situation requiring me to file by mail, otherwise I would have used TurboTax like I always do. But Berna was awesome, she’s new but made sure to triple check all bases to make sure everything was done correctly. Also want to shout out Fatima who helped us, she seemed to have a hectic morning but still took time to help us out. To the people complaining about service, understand that filing taxes takes time, especially if you have unique circumstances. Patience is key, the tax advisors are there to help.
