I had a fantastic experience at the Bank of America financial center in Tyson, VA. Gjergji Kavaja was extremely professional and efficiently handled my issue. I was impressed by the excellent service and effective problem-solving. I highly recommend this branch for their outstanding customer service.

Maybe the old neg posts had their intended effect bc my recent experiences with this bank are positive — people coming by to check to see what I am trying to get done that day and if/how they may be able to assist. Everyone there is professional and friendly.

The Bank of America in Vienna, VA handles all of my business needs in a quick, friendly, efficient manner, with the care and genuine grace of a 5 star hotel. I visited the branch today for the third time since opening my account, and each team member I encountered had an equally if not more friendly and helpful air about them than the first day I walked in. In particular, George helped me secure my account, updated information, and clarified questions that I had; he was the consummate professional. As a small business owner that has built a relationship with Bank of America for over ten years, I highly regard and recommend this particular branch in Vienna, VA. Thank you for all you’ve done and continue to do for small business owners like myself.

Worker there name odegardo dosen’t know a $it i lost my debit card so i went to this branch for a replacement,and provided my new address i made sure he know that i moved ,but it was shipped to the old address which i dont have access to anymore

The worst branch of Bank of America. Went in about an issue with a check deposit, and the lazy bank manager couldn’t be bothered to come out and talk to us, but kept sending the door guy back-and-forth. What a worthless place!

Referred by Bank of America McLean to Bank of America at Old Gallows Road for assistance with Treasury Direct bank certification. Merrill Lynch representative that we had appointment with was 30 minutes late. Then after 10 minutes more of waiting he said sorry we wasted your time can’t help you. Thank you Bank if America!!

This bank is my GO TO BOA in the neighborhood. There are plenty of staff and everyone speaks an additional language so many can help even if English is your second language. All the tellers and staff are nice but my go to bank rep here is George! George is very efficient, polite, and fast but doesn't rush you, which is nice.

I'm being generous with 1 star. I went in to see if they exchange USD to Euro, a female by the name of Morgan Nejad was RUDE, ABNOXIOUS & very UNWELCOMING. My family & I were leaving to Italy in a week - not a hello, how are you or how can I help you today???..... instead Morgan proceeded to say.... "Why are you waiting 1 week before you leave to come in & ask for currency exchange?"This is in front of other employees & customers! Morgan is a disgrace to the Bank of America brand, definitely NOT customer face front, unprofessional & rude.I will reach out to the Bank of America President & let he/she know they have a rude unprofessional employee working for them. Do not bring your business to Bank of America- apparently they need to filter & train their employees on representation h their brand name.

Had an issue regarding monthly maintenance fee due to policy changes. So, I visited the location to figure out what was going on. Ms. Robyn Bowman explained what happened to my bank account and took care of the issue I had in a very professional manner. I have been a BOA customer over 20 years and have not met great employees like her. Very impressed. Kudos to her!

Bank of America's Platinum benefits are second to none, but they pale in comparison to the service I received in my most dire of situations.On Saturday July 17th, I was scheduled to close on a house and needed to wire funds. Unfortunately, I didn't have the foresight to set an appointment to make the necessary wire transfer.That morning I arrived at the branch at 1934 Old Gallows Rd in Vienna, Virginia. After asking for assistance, Sahar Austinson and Nasila Sultani informed me they were completely booked for the day. The only words I could utter were "I need to get this done today" with a piercing stare. They began calling other branches who were unfortunately also completely booked. Sahar and Nasila quickly reviewed their list for the day and moved resources to work things out. They quickly began working with me to complete the wire. Even though I wasn't the most pleasant person at that time, their calm demeanor helped put me at ease. I always felt I was in good hands and needn't worry.While going through the process, there was a bump in the road but Sahar and Nasila were dedicated and found a way to make things work. Sitting in front of their desk, I felt guilty for getting so much of their time and their unwavering attention. At the end, my guilty feeling was exasperated when they apologized for the bump and waived my transaction fee. I was absolutely floored. I would have happily paid extra for my lack of preparation. The concept of paying nothing was something that took me a few minutes and questions to comprehend. I had never and will likely never feel that type of customer satisfaction again.As I'm writing this in my new home, I know my house will serve as a constant reminder of the undeserved service that day. Regardless of what happens in the future, I will be forever grateful and be a loyal customer because of it.Thank you,

Very bad customer service. Trying to deposit check, this teller old lady takes for ever. She don't know how to do her job! Bofa management have to fix this issue!!!
