I had a fantastic experience at the Bank of America financial center in Tyson, VA. Gjergji Kavaja was extremely professional and efficiently handled my issue. I was impressed by the excellent service and effective problem-solving. I highly recommend this branch for their outstanding customer service.

Maybe the old neg posts had their intended effect bc my recent experiences with this bank are positive — people coming by to check to see what I am trying to get done that day and if/how they may be able to assist. Everyone there is professional and friendly.

This bank is my GO TO BOA in the neighborhood. There are plenty of staff and everyone speaks an additional language so many can help even if English is your second language.
