I was genuinely impressed by their honesty and service. Mr. John and Tim took my car right away and gave the most transparent advice and price. I've been through multiple auto shops in my life and I've always worried about getting ripped off or had to pay a high price. Now, this place will be my new go-to auto shop because they are trustworthy and puntual. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service. Mercedes dealer screwed up my vehicle wheel alignment and could not correct it. Auto Stop Great Falls sorted it out. Excellent repair - vehicle now tracks like new. Strongly recommend them.

Amazing service. Specifically Mark and Danny made the drive there worth it. They were not only able to assist with the diagnosis of my car but I also got an amazing quote, advice, and felt seen overall as an individual and not a generic customer. I found this place only after living 5 minutes away for a long time and wish i would have found it sooner! The staff were incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgable about my particular make and model. I will be going back to them the next time i have any issue as well as routine maintenance!

Great experience from start to finish. Marc walked me through every aspect of the offered service, and let me select which service actions I wanted, using the online tool. For smaller service items that I could do myself, he gave me some pointers on where to buy parts, and how quickly I should get them done. He described the source of the issues I was seeing, and I could tell he actually cared about me understanding what was going on with my car. These guys have 5 stars for a reason, best place I’ve ever been too and I’d be happy to refer friends and family.

Auto Stop Elite has been a God-send for us. We have a 2012 Jetta and a 2015 Passat both with diesel engines. Finding a service center we can fully trust close to home has been nearly impossible. They take time to explain what is needed in a way that a non-car-expert can understand. Our recent experience had them telling us we need to go to a dealership to fix the issue only because the legal issues with VW and the federal government has limited their ability to fix certain issues with diesels. I told them I would run anything recommended by a dealer by them to ensure the work recommended is actually needed and they were happy to serve as our sounding board. We couldn’t have more trust in Auto Stop Elite and they will be our go-to service center from here on out.
