The staff was very polite and easy to work with.
However, the condition of the car I received was a big disappointment. I was working the transaction from out of state. I knew the Aston Martin Vantage I was shopping had been in an accident so I expressed my concern that the bodywork was done well. I was told that the body work was perfect (exact word). I believed the sales person because it wouldn't makes sense for an Aston Martin having body work paid for by insurance (I verified) would receive low quality work and then be sold by a franchise Aston Martin dealer.
What I received was what I would expect to see at a shady used car lot with a rebuilt title and 100k miles. My car has under 25k miles. As the car was pulled off the truck, even standing 25 ft away I spotted the bad body work, and it only got worse as I inspected up close. In addition parts on the interior that appear to just be simple dirt and wear just a little worse than the age and miles would warrant actually turned out to be more very low quality repair work that will require a much more extensive remedy than if it was done right the first time.
At the time my third party inspector looked over the car it was very dirty which obscured many of these flaws.
The dealerships only solution offered was to assist me in finding shops local to me to do repairs at my expense.
I will be making this car right, but this will be the last time I purchase a car remotely.

Excellent!! Wife wanted her DB12, I was hesitant at first. But after spending half the day with Mehdi Soltanian I felt like this was definitely the right choice and direction. Mehdi gave me all the answers I needed, gave me time and even took us to lunch. 0 pressure to purchase, but 100% glad we purchased. Great experience working with Bouch and Mehdi at the Aston Martin dealership. I would recommend getting in touch with them for vehicle purchases at the Exclusive Automotive Group.I can be a difficult sell and very straight to the point. Bouch was very patient and remember everyone’s name that tagged along with me on separate occasions.Additionally, both Bouch and Mehdi came in on their day off (when the dealership was closed) to make sure I was able to finalize paperwork. The cherry on top was them storing my car for a few weeks while I got my garage in order.Thanks gentlemen looking forward to continuing the relationship.
