I had a good experience; I walked in and sat in the chair. The technician was sitting in her car and came in shortly after I entered the nail salon. She got started, but her English wasn't very good, so she handed me the sheet, and I pointed to the one I wanted: LUXURY AND JELLY SPA, which sounded good and was exactly what I needed. I told her no cheese grater, having had a bad experience, and she honored my request. She used a pumice stone instead, which was much better, though a lot more ticklish to me! The massage she gave me during the pedicure was amazing and relaxing. The massage portion of the chair itself seemed old and needed a replacement, but her hands were tantalizing, making me feel amazing. She also got my feet and dry skin back to the way they should be normally. She said I should return every two weeks or at least once a month to get the full benefit and keep my feet moist and callus-free. I highly recommend checking out this nail salon!

I visited Allure on a cold rainy Saturday and they treated me like ROYALTY! They helped me pick my nail color (actually listening and paying attention to what I wanted), brought me a towel to dry off from the rain, gave me an extra pillow because my back was hurting and gave me the best gel manicure of my life WITH a complimentary message at the end. Will 100% be going back !!!

I've given this salon many many chances and returned even after terrible service and bad manicures. But the truth is the only nail tech worth going to here is Sun and even that experience is mediocre. You can make appointments here but they do not honor them, often making you wait 30-40 minutes later than your scheduled appointment while they serve other customers. As a result you end up spending 3+ hours there only to get a pedicure and not even get color on your nails. Nail techs often injure you. This is at least the second time I'm leaving this place with deep cuts on my hand. This time, it's on three of my fingers. And even with the obscene delays and terrible service, they'll still charge full price. Not worth your time at all and definitely not your money.

My first time getting my nails done and the experience was so amazing! Nita was so sweet when she did my French manicure, she was so precise and constantly asked me how I liked and preferred my nails throughout the process. My nails turned out so amazing too! I bite my nails & cuticles and had tried just about everything to stop except acrylic nails. My nail beds are really short mind you - nubs don't even begin to describe them - so I didn't know if acrylic nails would even be possible but I thought I'd give it a go and made an appointment for a full acrylic nail set here.The nail technician who did my nails was so kind; she did not make me feel self conscious at all about the state of my nails and went into depth about how the acrylic nails would grow out, things I should watch out for, tips & tricks on how to improve the skin around my nails, etc. - I really wish I had gotten her name!Overall, I can't express how amazing my experience was here and look forward to coming back!Service: Acrylic nails

Good price and good service. A lot of nail places have gone down hill since Covid not offering spa music, tea, water etc. This place had a relaxing video on the TV, spa music, and an array of snacks and beverages. The place is clean and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I can tell they try to go above and beyond to make your service great.Service: Pedicure

The best manicure and pedicure shop in the Northern Virginia.“Don’t judge a book by cover” is absolutely apply for this small shop (only 5 chair stalls and 5 pedicure massage chairs) in an obscure strip center in the heart of Vienna.What bring me back to this shop is outstanding personal services done by Rosa and all their staff, they are very soft and gentle and attentive to everything they do. One thing that I hate mist is when the personal service shop (I.e. hair salon, nail shop) rushing you through when they have their clients back up a little. Another thing that I detest most is the employees talking among themself in loud voices and loud music playing. You don’t find such behavior or mis management here.They playing nice and soft music and employees seldom talking to each other except to you. First, I brought my wife here for her treatment then naturally I became their client. They serve warm tea or any other soft drink while you wait and other snacks if you desire. If you want to just relax, and treat yourself, this is the place. No matter what services you get, you will get a first rate neck and shoulder massage. The most important part of the Allure Nail Shop is their price point. I was pleasantly surprised by their price!!! Hence, I often exercise my good discretion and offer good tips to my service person. Jojo from Allure nails did a marvelous job on my nails. She is very professional and creative in her designs. She can pretty much design anything that you want for your nails! Amazing! She also take great pride in her art work and is one of the best nail technicians there. The nail and experience were great. Ask for Jojo when you come there.
