Giving this place a 1 star because of the owner. First negative thing the owner did was over-charge me about $1,000 in a month due to an error in their system/confusing my dog with another and charging me for both of them. I understand accidents happen and Cody, the manager, was always nothing but nice, apologetic, and forthcoming. Cody informed me he reached out to the owner several times to get my money back with no answer from them for several weeks. I ended up having to call my credit card company multiple times to refute the charges and work out a deal with Cody to not get charged the next month in order to balance out the transactions. Absolutely despicable to 1. Not answer your manager for weeks and 2. Not refund someone over a thousand dollars that they overcharged. The last straw was when an incident happened between my dog and another due to negligence of one of the workers. Food was left out and multiple dogs ran to in a tight corner that resulted in an altercation amongst all the dogs. Again, things happen and dogs will get defensive over food and mistakes will happen such as leaving food out for a bunch of dogs to get to. The owner decided to kick my dog out because of negligence on the staff. For me, it was a blessing in disguise to leave a place that was so poorly owned. The owner does not care about you, your dog, or your wallet. Save your time, money, and frustration and go to Affectionate Dog Care. It's right down the road, is the same price, and is way bigger and they are always highly professional.

We have been bringing our "Ellie" here for over 7 years now. They take care of her as if she was their dog and we couldn't be any happier with the service provided.

I love ADDO in Vienna. The staff is always friendly and shows lots of love and attention when Milo walks in the door. I've used several of the locations for more than 10 years now....we don't go as often as before because I moved and I'm not really close to a location, but on weekends I go out of my way to take him to Vienna...

I have been taking my Chihuahua to A Dog's Day Out for over 8 months now, about three days a week. The staff is absolutely wonderful! The facility is always clean and organized. I don't have a negative thing to say! I'm very happy knowing that my fur baby is in great hands!

A few years ago...I took my two dogs. One was between large and medium and the other medium. They stayed glued to the fence and each other so the team moved them together! They paid attention and adjusted to their needs. When the older passed away the younger had a hard time going to day care or going for walks. I got a puppy - about six months old later in the year...and took them to A Dog's Day Out Vienna. The team went out of their way to assure my older dog was comfortable and the younger was relaxed so that both adjusted to the 'new normal'. They understood the older dog's trepidation and the younger's nerves in a new place...and worked with them both to assure they were comfortable. They completely accept each dog's personality and needs. My dogs both run into the areas now; they are exhausted and happy when I pick them up. The staff is thoughtful, remembers the dogs, and assures they are happy. This is an amazing staff...I trust them and admire their dedication to the safety and happiness of the dogs!!!

10/10 would recommend. Competitive prices and quality care. I’ve been taking my dogs here for almost a year now and they absolutely love going here. The staff is very attentive and their manager, Cody, is the best! My dog boards some nights and we have been very pleased with those services. I would recommend their grooming as well, they did an excellent job with my Goldendoodles cut.

I began bringing my dog here over a year ago and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The value of daycare services offered, convenience of the hours and location, and the helpful staff are the primary reasons I keep bringing my pup here when I’m at work. It’s pretty clear to me that my dog likes it too because he’s always wagging his tail when he sees the staff greet him at drop off. I appreciate that the dogs are separated by size and the staff keep a watchful eye on them throughout the day. In one experience, my dog was involved in a small tussle with another dog and the staff immediately called me to let me know what happened and what actions they’d taken as a result. I’ve boarded here several times too, including last minute overnights because of work and longer stays while out of town. All good and positive experiences. The in-house grooming services are an added perk, too. Bottom line is you’re not going to find a dog daycare in the area that offers you as good a value, convenience, and service as this place.

My furbaby Terry loves to go to this facility! He doesn't turn back to see me when he gets there, but he just runs into the room with a helicopter tail. The good thing is, ADDO feeds my dog. There is meal time regularly, and they provide the food i bring to my dog. I drop him off in the early morning and pick him up after my work. My dog is entirely exhausted after daycare, so I can fully take a rest on the day.

Larger daycare rooms compared to other daycares in the area. Staff know me and my dog. My dog rushes to get inside when we arrive, so I know she has a good time while there. I like that they have a very large window that overlooks the small and medium rooms so I can see what's going on in the rooms. They have a groomer on staff; it's so convenient to drop her for daycare/grooming and pick up a clean, trimmed up, tired furkid. I drive out of my way, and past other dog daycares that are closer to home, to leave her here.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Boarded my two dogs at this location. One dog developed a breathing problem and nothing was reported to us. Once she was picked up, she had to be intubated to stabilize her. This location is staffed and owned by negligent and bad faith actors. Stay away if you value your pets.Edit: coward owner turned off replies. But he should know that truth is an absolute defense to defamation. I’ll see you in court.

Boarded a healthy dog Thursday and picked up Sunday straight to Hospital as she had to be sedated and put on a ventilator.Different stories from the owner and manager. Owner does not want to take any responsibility for their negligence.

Not only are they negligent, they have different stories depending on who is spoken to. This is a joke! Think twice before boarding at ADDO Vienna. To Mr. Richardson, as we discussed today you're employee told you two different stories. To your manager she reported "funny breathing" Saturday which ADDO neglected to call and manager told us he will retrain staff and to you she miraculously did not see anything. Sunday when picked up she was physically excited however her breathing was not how it should be. Had we waited 1 more day or couple hours to pick up our dog she may not have even made it to a vet. Every second counts.

I highly recommend "A Dog's Day Out" for your beloved pet. The staff not only cares about all the dogs they take care of but they are very friendly and very helpful. The location in Vienna ( Gallows Road) is always very clean and the industrial strength air conditioning system guarantees that your dog will be very comfortable. Your pet will be well taken care of at "Dog's Day Out"!! A happy dog parent. Vienn, VA
