Nice location for any vendor to sell food ie...hot dogs, chicken and also a great place to be a Harvest Host for when the city have events at the tractor pulls and city festivals out of towners can stay in their RVs there for a fee or purchase something from the store on how Harvest Hosting works.

We RV a lot and will they allow you to dry Camp for a weekend since there are no Campgrounds in the area, This could be Victoria's first Campground nice place for one.
