After waiting a while for a package that kept saying it was going to be delivered for three days I went to the post office myself to just pick it up. When asking the lady at the counter she became visibly annoyed and looked for a minute before saying it’s not here. I gave her the tracking number she said it was at the building but she didn’t know where and didn’t know what to tell me because she had other people in line.

A package was delivered to my address. It was not placed on my porch...it was placed in my driveway, directly in front of my car. I was upset when I found it...I didn’t know how long it had been there...I can’t read without my glasses and assumed it was for me. I saw that it was wrongly delivered...it was suppose to go to my neighbor. I have put it on my front porch as my neighbor directed...for you to pick up and deliver to him. Sorry I opened it by mistake, but I had been expecting something from Amazon

Worst post office around, mail gets delivered to neighbors and today watched the woman put mail in our mailbox and then two items I was supposed to receive she marked as failed to deliver and left note on the door, I was home and was at the door while she delivered, no note was left and no effort to deliver the proper mail

Not happy with the mail delivery service. We had a item that was supposed to be delivered to our house. Mail didn't arrive until around seven pm. The item wasn't left with our mail and was taken back to post office. It was posted that it was customer request. We didn't request it. We miss the people that actually got the mail to us earlier.

Terrible. Always receive mail that is not mine as well as not getting mail that I am expecting. Don't bother paying extra for expedited shipping on packages either because they will arrive in a timely manner, only for these employees to have a "we'll get to it whenever" attitude towards it. Today I got the comment that they would "TRY to get to it this afternoon" on a package that I paid for shipping to be sure to get it today and has been in their possession since 8AM. The recently retired postmaster could find your package in a heartbeat in such a situation and you'd be all set. This crew simply says "we'll try to find it" and go on about their business with no regard to it. All around terrible attitudes and no customer service whatsoever. My one star is a reluctant add, only because Google will not allow the review without at least one.

We visited your post office today and several of your employees were extremely rude. Upon leaving, my husband could not find his wallet. He checked his car, could not find it, and walked back up to the door. They had locked it for closing time so be knocked on the door. The woman shouted that they were closed. My husband said he understood but that he couldn't find his wallet and needed to ask a question. Another employee chimed in mocking my husband in an extremely rude way (the employee most likely didn't think that we could hear him).
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that we received today and I will be calling to complain. We visited on December 19th, at 4:45pm. Our drop off packages were prepaid and we were not there long.
