“The folks at Driven Motors went above and beyond in helping me deal with a junk used car purchased from another lot in Staunton. They completed repairs at a reasonable price and helped me deal with a warranty company that ended up being a scam. They did all of this for no cost, making phone calls and filling out paperwork simply as a favor. I cannot recommend this business enough. They are genuine individuals who offer a service to the community. I have personally seen that they stand by the products that they sell. I wish that I had come to them first instead of the other "dealership", and I recommend that anybody in the area visit Driven Motors first when looking for a used vehicle.”

If you talk to them when they’ve recommended an expensive repair they’ll give it to you straight and let you know what you can do to prolong the life of the vehicle so you can put off that repair as long as possible. “Always fast and efficient, I have been going here for years.As a mom of multiple young kids, it’s hard to do the “adult” things we all have to get done, especially with car troubles/problems while toting around young kids. Here at Eavers they are very welcoming of families and even have tiny tires behind the counters they’ll let you use to help entertain your littles while you wait for your vehicle to be finished.Specifically Jordan (who’s been here for. ever.) has usually been the main one taking care of us. I have watched this man (over the course of hours) get cussed out on the phone or in person (sometimes both.) over problems outside of his control, maintain his calm, and always smile and be warm and welcoming to the next customers. He’s and absolute saint and super awesome to work with. I’ve genuinely never had an issue with any of the staff, and they’re not condescending either.Thank all of y’all for everything you do!”
“I found this shop after I got an old ford truck that needed some work on the wiring and also needed disc brakes. After checking around and looking at reviews I gave them a call. After chatting with the owner, I felt very comfortable about taking my truck to them. Upon arrival, all people were very nice. My truck was completely rewired front to back (they did a beautiful job) and also had a front disc brake set put on. My truck was at the shop for a long time but to be fair, the shop has gone through some major changes recently. The owners wife ended up with a broken ankle and had to be home along with the owner for a while so he could tend to her. Not too much longer later, the owner (John) ended up passing away. John was the driving force behind the shop. After his passing, the guys and Johns wife, who is extremely sweet and very nice, had to pick up the pieces and keep the shop moving forward. After getting my truck back from the shop the first time, the brakes were not quite right and I ended up taking the truck back to them. Bear in mind that the disc brakes put on the truck were not a kit per se so that complicated the process somewhat. Long story short, after some screwing around the truck is now back in my garage and the guys at the shop have been nothing short of supportive and have been patient and understanding and most helpful with getting my truck back on the road. I am already making future preparations to take my truck back to them to have a new front end put in. I fully trust them and would not want anyone else doing work on my truck. I have been working extensively with Nick. He is very knowledgeable and a great guy overall. I absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work. Great people and a great business to deal with. My highest praise!”

Unlike every other dealership around, Dave is NOT money hungry. Me and my husband were trading in a 2020 Nissan Rouge for a 2024 Rav4 Hybrid. Dave really made us sit down and talk every inch of information over (including financial) before proceeding and was still trying to get us to take more time to think things through because money can be tight these days. “My car broke down in the middle of the road in-between interstate muffler and family dollar. Everyone in the shop ran out to help me push while I was trying to push it by myself. They ran diagnostics after they helped me, figured out the cause was the alternator, and had the part ordered and installed in less than 40 minutes. I had my 6 year old son with me and they moved so quickly to help us. I'm a delivery driver, so I need my car, these people went above and beyond and really helped me out. I couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you all for everything! Amazing work and wonderful people!”

“I somehow managed to get two flat tires on the same side of my car on a Saturday night. I was unsure if Around Tire was open on Sunday mornings. I called Sunday morning and they picked up, said they could replace my shredded tires with two used for $90 total after tax and labor, etc.
They got it done within an hour Sunday morning and my car made it back home no problem. Communication was friendly and helpful throughout, the service was quick and the prices have to be hard to beat. Highly recommend!”
