The staff is always very helpful. While I was unable to find the part I needed, which I didn't really expect to, every time I've been there, they've been helpful. Although, there was one time one of the staff suggested I use naval jelly to get rust off my gun barrel. Turns out blueing on a gun barrel is a form of rust. I had to learn how to blue a barrel. Still, I go back routinely for my hardware needs.

Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly
If I could give 10 stars, I would. This ACE Hardware exceeds expectations. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It truly is the place with the helpful hardware folks and I'm a customer for life because of it.

Glad to have a wonderful hardware store in the neighborhood. All employees are very well-educated on everything they carry in the store and extremely helpful. You can also ship packages from here without waiting in line at the UPS Store
