They take no responsibility for the cleanliness or security other facilities and certainly not for the security of their renter’s belongings. They are unwilling to offer assistance for their long-standing rat infestation and they’re unwilling to assist tenants who have had expensive equipment, belongings and sentimental items stolen from their “secure” facility.

Was great for a year... someone moved in next to me with roaches and they won't do anything about it. Tenants responsibility. Everything in there is infested real bad! Recommend not going there so you don't get roaches

Absolutely infested with mice and rats, they do not care and say its renters issue not theirs. There's a person living in one of the units.

I'd like the management of this place there good people. Their space is reasonably priced and after I have a mouse infestation they came right out and took care of it and haven't had an issue since. I have two issues that concern me one is that it is accessible from the antique store directly onto the property, and there was quite a bit of trash that likely just made its way from other people being careless. When we go there we will pick up the trash but the fact that it's there to begin with is concerning. I would recommend them nevertheless and have done so to two other people.
