Could not have been better.I called to find out some more detail before I decided on the unit that would fit my need.I worked with your Debra who was knowledgeable and professional.She walked me thru the electronic sign up using my iPhone while talking to her on the same phone.She represents your business very well.

Have used this facility for years. Debra is wonderful, efficient and organized. The units are exceptional- for years the only option for climate controlled storage in the area.

Very satisfied with my rental of a non-climate controlled unit for 2 years at Cedar Park. The facility is clean and I always felt safe visiting my unit during the day, early evening and weekends. Especially appreciate the help from Debra in the office in seeking alternate storage unit sizes to meet my changing needs. She listened to understand my needs and promptly offered options that could work for me. Thank you!

Good experience renting a storage unit at Cedar Park Storage for 2 years. Facility is well maintained. And I always felt safe when visiting evenings and weekends when the office was closed. Particularly appreciate the help from Debra in the office who assisted me in considering other sized units as my storage needs changed. Would look to Cedar Park if I needed a storage facility again in the future.

Good storage location and friendly customer service. Snow and ice removal is good except right at the storage units. Other than that it's a very good place.

Don't get in a financial bind! They will sell a all your belongings if you are even just 1 month behind. I've used numerous storage units over the years and these people will NOT work with you. They are are greedy and money hungry. I lost everything because my daughter was sick and I couldn't make the payment. I've never had a storage unit facility not with me. And the only reason I went to this place was because everything else was sold out. If I could give it 0 stars I would have.
