My wife is being given the run around when she needs to get a referral. They lied to her that they were going to get it done yesterday and then that they were going to get it in today, then she was told by the staff that the person who takes care of that is out for the day. Super "helpful" receptionist and outdated ways to handle paperwork.

This place is outstanding. Very caring and professional staff, both Dr. Cavender and the other medical staff are great about explaining procedures and test results, and are very open to questions. They are busy, but I always felt they have me good attention during the time I was there and then in followup afterwards. I've had some great doctors and medical care over the years and this group is the best!

Do not reccomend , after coming to this clinic for 3 years and having to switch from doctor to nurse practioners twice bc my doctor left the practice. Hadn’t been to the practice in a year because I was pregnant but once I returned to continue getting help for chronic body pain I was turned down to get muscle relaxers even though I had them prescribed for years through this office. Anyways nurse Greg was very rude and basically told me since I hadn’t been to see them in a year I would have to wait a month until my next visit before he would consider to refill them. People need medication and it’s quite ridiculous that we can’t get the help we need.

Back in the winter I went in for a normal visit with flu symptoms. I was there for maybe an hr, no real help with symptoms. Was told if the symptoms persisted to have a follow up visit. I did a few days later and had an identical visit to the 1st. None of that bothered me until I received the bill and the 2nd was $50 more than the $1st. No one could tell me why, and after fighting with them for months they still have no reason. Would NOT recommend them if you want an honest and thorough Doctor.
