Worst service ever. Completely messed up my mom’s car and then said he couldn’t fix it because it’s a “smart car”. It’s a 2014 ford edge. If he doesn’t know how to work on newer cars then why attempt it and completely messed it up! Then proceeded to cuss her out and told her to go to ford. So now my mom is left with a bad body control module with no lights, windshield wipers, or power windows that work. I will tell everyone not to use John. Disrespectful and incompetent.
