Just moved to the area and was blown away by how good the food is. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and the meat was so good I normally don't like pepperoni but I helped eat the pizza. I also ordered onion rings that were just crispy enough and had a tangy sweetness. I also got a bacon cheeseburger that I loved it tasted fresh off the grill with the perfect ratio of mustard, Mayo and pickles.

This is generally the cheapest place to find gas in the area. Usually it is at least 10 cents cheaper than Redwood & Rocky Mt (9 plus miles) or Penhook (which is only 4 miles away) . I buy most all of my gas there. The cooked food that I have eaten there is just average. The store has a small, but decent selection of items. Personnel is friendly.

I like Whistle Stop they are nice and friendly. They always greet me with a warm greeting . They always ask about my son Michael and his travels to China .

You can by a great pizza here, custom made by Jay to your individual liking. You can get all the toppings you want at no extra charge. Jay even remembers our pizza order each time we come in. How cool is that!

Best damn fried chicken in Union Hall!! Well it is the only fried chicken as well but it's still the best. Good crunch, juicy, and the right amount of greasiness! And for goodness sakes order ahead for easy pick up.

Piss poor place of business my wife had an emergency & needed to use the phone girl at the counter said that they didn't have one ! I nor any of my family , friends will never spend a dime in that store & I will gladly spread the word .. what ever happened to good ol American owned & operated convince stores

We moved here from Massachusetts 12 years ago. This business has always treated us like friends and family. Nice selection of products great prices and a friendly staff couldn't ask for anything more from a local business. Thank you and hope we can do business for many years to come.
