I didn't know until last week's Farmer's Market in Moneta VA that Passel had baked goods. Now, I can honestly say that of the four Moneta bakers, Passel has the best sourdough. Closest to true sourdough I've had in a long time. I'll be buying for sure.

Passel Hills Farm raises pastured poultry, pork, and eggs on chemical-free pasture. We grow seasonal no-spray produce and vegetables. Pick-up at the farm as well as servicing Roanoke, Bedford, Botetourt, and Franklin Counties. We offer pick-ups in Moneta, Huddleston, Roanoke, and Vinton. Delivery is available to the Smith Mountain Lake area. Sustainable local farming is our passion. Bundles and subscriptions are seasonally available. We offer Farm to Table and Farm to Fork meals for vacationing families. Farm Tours and Things to Do are available seasonally. Fresh Chicken and Poultry can be picked up at the farm April-November. Pork shares, bacon, chops, sausage, hams, roasts can be sold at the farm.
