I am a delivery driver. Last night, I received a $500 order to deliver them from california kitchen pizza, fairfax. It was 12 miles. I delivered this big order to the nurses in the lab at suite 300 who were waiting for me. They received the order and appreciate me a lot.The tip shows to us after 1 hour. And after 1 hour, what it showed that THEY CUT ALL OF MY TIP.I was not late. I delivered it before the time.Just think we are running our families on this tip. Some people do like you did first; they show the tip, and after delivery, they cut it, but I was not expecting this from a medical facility. Shame on you.

Is this a legit company? How come I can't get through to anyone over the phone?? I was charged a "consulting fee" for a Covid test. No one consulted me on anything, they just stuck a Q-tip up my nose.

There seems to be only one phlebotomist for the lab, and she is almost never in. Every time I came in I spoke to someone different. No one who works there seems to be sure of the Phlebotomist’s hours, but they can tell you she is not in today or won’t be until later that day (maybe). If you need bloodwork (especially fasting) you are better off driving a few miles to Quest Labs on Chain Bridge in McLean. They have longer hours and more than one phlebotomist.

I had to get bloodwork done on 09/13/2019 and chose this place because it is accessible by public transit and the phlebotomist was nice and so was the receptionist. I was surprised at how quickly the lab results were processed and faxed over.

I would give 5 stars for the lab service, but none at all for the medical director. I have had 4 broth cultures done with their lab over the last year, totalling over $1000 out of pocket. They have been the best for helping diagnose a resistant, recurrent uti I've been dealing with. I called today with one simple question about whether it would be possible to transfer my next positive specimen to another lab for specialized sensitivity testing as the lab only tests a limited number of antibiotics, all of which the bacteria I have has become resistant to. I was transferred to speak with the medical director as the rep who answered the phone didn't know. But instead of a simple yes or no, the medical director deflected my question and lectured me for 20 minutes on what I already know about the test, the bacteria, the treatment (my doctor has already prescribed the 5 different indicated antibiotics over the last year and it keeps coming back). I kept trying to ask the medical director my one question and he'd would counter with another irrelevant personal question or irrational statement, getting more worked up as he went on. It was like he was training for a debate rather than talking to a patient. Finally, he launched into a rant against other labs and doctors who treat this infectious bacteria outside the urinary tract (which is where it reinfects the bladder from) saying they should lose their licenses and then hung up on me. I still don't have an answer to my question, although I have to assume it's a no and he just didn't want to say out of embarrassment and/or ignorance. I am shocked and dismayed that this arrogant guy is in charge of the lab and the clinic. They offer an advanced and important array of tests and so it's especially weird that the doctor would be so uninformed and bad at interacting with patients.

After reading all of the other reviews, I do not have a similar experience as those. My doctor uses this lab to send to receive my results, and I receive results within 2-3 days (including weekend). I agree with the response from the lab on another person's review, it all depends on the type of test they are doing, and it does take time, if you want accurate results, you won't want the results to be rushed to the extreme. I also agree with another review that this lab is much faster than the other 2 labs. I don't have anything negative about this lab.

We send our patients to this lab because the wait time for blood draws, the turnaround time for test results, and the customer service provided by the lab staff is incredible. They also have very reasonable cash-pay pricing for our patients. Looking at the other reviews, based on my experience from working at other practices, my guess is there was a billing issue such as insurance not covering in full that caused the negative reviews. Unfortunate, but it happens all too often in the healthcare industry!

This is the worst lab I ever went to, I waited for more than a week to receive my results and finally I found out they sent the frozen plasma to Quest diagnostics and Quest diagnostics said for the test requested the the blood should not be frozen. When I called them to ask them about this they were very rude and said that you have to come again and I don't care what you are emotionally going through. So I would never go to them again
