I've been a loyal customer at Under Armour in Tyson's Corner Mall since my first purchase in 2018, and I have to say that Manager Alex has consistently provided exceptional service. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Alex's knowledge, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile have kept me coming back for years. Thank you, Alex, for making my most recent visit to Under Armour an outstanding experience!

I would give no stars if I could. Ordered and paid for online a pair of boxer jock shorts for same day pickup. Received an email yesterday in early afternoon saying they were getting it ready and I should be able to pick it up soon. Waited. Tried to contact them. Finally reached UA this morning, to be told they couldn't find the order. Called Tysons and was told flatly before the "assistant" hung up on me: "Oh we don't carry those in this store. You can go to one of our outlets.":(

Collin was patient to answer all of my questions over the phone MINUTES before closing. A lot of places would just let the phone ring out at this point. He offered multiple solutions while looking out for my better interest. Exceptional customer service. Thank you Collin.

Worst service ever! I am A frequent online shopper who has barely made returns since I have been lucky that all items fit me right- however, this time I had to make a return so I came to Under armor located at Tysons corner. Associate # 343457 was really rude and unprofessional. The moment I said I had an online return, she gave me attitude and said Sunday takes too long because she has to call and confirm the correct return prices. She said it would be better for me to mail my return. I told her I drove 40 mim and don’t mind to wait so she finally called and confirmed the prices. She then said I could return by mail, with an attitude. This is so disappointing… having to come to your favorite store and deal with this type of personnel.Perhaps under armor needs to be more clear about their return policy.
