Stayed here for the weekend for my wife’s birthday and it was everything it was painted out to be. Beautiful ambience, calm luxury feeling throughout the whole Hotel. Room was nicely updated and bed was comfy. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Loved this place, 10/10 recommend either for a business trip to lounge in luxury or for a quick getaway to McLean, Virginia. Love it!

The Watermark Hotel was a very pleasant stay with the staff being very friendly and helpful. My Wife and I, not immediately going on a honeymoon, spent two nights there right after our wedding. Everything I post I hope to make it informative and should not be taken as criticism.I found the Brekfast time on the website, but I could not find it on the app. Times are, last I remember seeing, weekdays 6am- 10am, weekends 7am-10am.When getting breakfast, (opinion) they should have a system where they take your card, scan it and sign you in, because if someone goes down to the breakfast hall and says they are from your room when they most certainly are not, they may steal your breakfast. We did not have to show anything, all we had to do was say our room number to eat our free breakfast.I do wish they had a pool but it is what it is and that costs a lot to deal with. The Wegmans underneath was a great place to run to for any food necessities. (No Mango Monster Energy Drinks though)The room, with cabinets, did not have any plates, bowls, or cups other then two coffee cups and two wine glasses. Nor is there silverware. It was about a ten, fifteen minut drive to Tysons Square mall, where we shoped and saw a movie at AMC.For the last day, I used a lobby bathroom in which the toilet paper felt a bit like sand paper. While walking back to the lobby desk I did notice a TV going haywire looking rather glitched out.I also noticed when looking at the finances, for myself personally (King Junior Suite + Taxes) it was about $200 a night. However everything is kept very clean, and my wife was impressed with the room.Overall it was a great experience and if you're reading this I hope yours is even better.God bless.T.A Brosky

I don't know where to start, Let's just say I didn't get the service that I was expecting, And I wasn't even suppose to be in this hotel in V.A. I was suppose to be in D.C.Food & drinks: The best thing is a big Wegmans next door for all your munchies.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Amazing rooms & suites, kind staff, free breakfast that offers a wide variety of food, rooftop spaces, ugh I can't get enough! I will always stay at the Watermark hotel when I go to Virginia. This hotel gives major 5 star hotel vibes.

This place is NOT real, but it is! Staff is beyond accommodating and the rooms are insane! The bar is something out of a Vegas hotel and they have a real - deal put put. It’s like I’m in Vegas!

Travel to town often for business and this is my go-to hotel in the area. Good rooms with a nice shower and an excellent complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of food and drink options (including both hot and cold brew coffee). There's also a Wegmans grocery store in the same building so it's easy to grab some food to keep in your room if desired.Walkability: Wegmans grocery store, restaurants, and rooftop beer garden all in the same building

Layout is nonsense in my opinion, but the hotel is really, really nice. Rooms were much much bigger and nicer than I was expecting. Staff was very friendly. Cleanliness was immaculate, by far the cleanest hotel I've ever been to. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were not so great, the filling was so light it was like using a pancake. Wren was decent, and breakfast was decent as well. Parking garage is attached and you can access numerous floors from the garage. There is also a Wegmans attached. There's an outdoor bar, red star brewery, mini golf, and a dog park. Definitely will be staying here again

My favorite hotel in NoVa. Huge rooms, bigger than most studio apts in the city. Great bar and restaurant, plus access to the rooftop outdoor playground. Not cheap but if you can get it on a sale, it's totally worth it.Rooms: Large large large rooms. Want more?Noteworthy details: Access to a huge rooftop with beer, concert, games and other activities.

Best hotel stay/experience I have ever had!! I booked a few days to celebrate my husband's birthday and let them know in advance. Not only did they upgrade our room for free, they comped our parking, and gave us late check out. The hotel is immaculately clean, with very stylish, modern decor, and has stunning views. We will most definitely be back many more times! Thanks to the team at Watermark Hotel for making our stay memorable!Rooms: Spacious, very clean, crisp decorNearby activities: Tyson's corner mall and Ballston corner are both nearby with opportunities for a lot of fun activities. Right next to capital one arena if you want to catch a quick show.Safety: No issues or concerns with safety!Noteworthy details: - Smells amazing on every floor- Covered garage is connected to the hotel- You can request additional amenities (e.g., toothbrush, soap, slippers, etc) and room service through their app.- Staff is very professional and always kind.

Second stay. Decided to vacation here following a prior business trip. Although we spent a lot of time in DC, having a hotel as nice as this one is so comforting to come back to. Breakfast is simple but has everything you'd want to eat. Will always stay here when I'm in the area.Rooms: Rooms were huge especially by Nova standards. Very clean.Safety: Felt very safeNoteworthy details: Having a grocery store on the first floor of the building is a convenient perk.

I rate this dog-friendly hotel pretty much at a 10 (for the most part). I liked parking in a connected garage and from the moment we walked in, it smelled amazing. The person at the front desk had great energy and was very accommodating and the outdoor space was really cute (with extra-curriculars like mini golf). Check out at 12 and a delicious breakfast were the cherries on top. Sincerely happy with my stay.Rooms: The room was beautiful. We had a Junior Suite that was clean and modern with a beautiful bathroom, and the kitchenette was perfect. The bed was comfy although there were a couple of tiny stains on the sheet and shower curtain but it didn't feel dirty. They were definitely stains that clearly aren't coming out. But overall the room was amazing and gets a 97%...-3% for the stains.Food & drinks: The hotel bar was sleek and spacious. The bartender was accommodating and attentive with a full bar. I got the Henny Sidecar and the In The Tall Grass (both tasty and strong). The Brussels Sprouts and Mushroom Salad were delectable. Breakfast was good. (I had a waffle with eggs and breafast potatoes) If you're gluten free or vegan your breakfast options might be a bit limited to fruit and oatmeal, but if you're particular enough Wegmans is literally connected to the hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for a short trip to DC. Very roomy and organized rooms with a good view on the 15th floor. It was clean and modern... breakfast in this hotel offered good varieties to start the day. Parking was convenient. I hope the front desk staff members could be more friendly when communicating with guests...

I have been a frequent guest at the Watermark Hotel and have consistently recommended it for its ambiance and quality services. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed, prompting me to share this review.During my last stay in room 1407, my peace was significantly disturbed by continuous barking from a dog in the adjacent room (1404), starting as early as 6 AM. Despite reporting this to the front desk, the response was dismissive, with no effective solution offered. This lack of action was surprising and contrary to the high standards I've come to expect from the Watermark. Moreover, my attempts to address this issue through the proper channels have been met with a concerning silence. I emailed Kareem Davis, the designated contact for guest concerns, on September 25, 2023, but received no response. This unacknowledged complaint undermines the Watermark’s professed commitment to exceptional customer service. While I appreciate the many positive aspects of my stays at the Watermark, this recent experience and the lack of follow-up have placed me in an uncomfortable position regarding future recommendations of the hotel. I sincerely hope that the management addresses this issue promptly and professionally, in line with their service standards. As a loyal patron, my expectation is simple: a resolution that acknowledges and compensates for the inconvenience caused. I trust that the Watermark will take immediate action to resolve this matter, thus reaffirming my confidence in their service.Thank you.
