I don't know why staff getting annoyed with the customer? Why do i have to pays a lot of money to be ignored? It's a very unpleasant experience. I'm not his friend or family. You should be kind to your customers. Even when you don't feel like it, that's professionalism. How long will you keep your business if you treat your customers like this? I won't go there anymore.

Rude employee experience yesterday when I went in to inquire if they offered toddler clothing. I was seeing if I could get a new coat for my daughter and I asked the front counter employee (skinny Caucasian male. graying hair. Should've asked for his name so I could call him out).Me: hi! I was wondering if you have toddler sizes here?Him: (no smile. Tone completely off putting) we DON'T have toddler here. They're sold ONLY online.Me: ok. Thank you!Him: ..... (Looks away. Doesn't even acknowledge me anymore. No thanks for stopping by)What is the point in working in customer support or sales if you can't even provide the bare freaking minimum of respect or politeness.Edit: I'm reading the other reviews and wondering if this Caucasian male is the same one who ignored the Asian family and cursed them out afterwards bc I'm also Asian. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the same racist man.

I will no longer be shopping at North Face directly thanks to the horrible customer service from this store.We were planning to buy another jacket at the store since the ones we ordered online didn’t fit my husband. We carried 2 heavy jackets to this store with 2 strollers/small children and then were unexpectedly told that we cannot return them in store and thst it’s the same if we did it ourself at home. That’s clearly obvious, we wouldnt have brought the returns to the store in the first place but you also have an option to return it in store. It’s literally on the North Face site.Regardless, I spent over $500 here and it will all be going elsewhere once I go ship these at the post office tomorrow.

First of all weak collection , but the main problem is there is no mirror in store !! Whole store has 4 mirrors that one is worse than the other one !!

They NEVER pick up the phone when u call them it can be during the week on the weekends as soon as it opens up or anytime during the day they never pick up the phone they need to FIRE all them employee in there because they see the phone ringing

order online for pickup a 300 dollar jacket and they can't find it when it went in said they will call me if they found it or to give me my money back nothing . You think they would be more professional for how much the items are

8 salespeople were busy having personal conversations in the storeroom and shoe section. Was trying to get some help but they couldn't be bothered to break away from their group to help find a size. Manager had a bad attitude when asked about it the Black Friday discount online vs in the store. I guess it flows from the top down. Walked out without buying anything.

The staff was very helpful. The products were nearly arranged. The only issue I had was that they had to go to the back to get me a large size.They could improve the shopping experience by having different sizes in the racks. Overall my experience was wonderful.

HORRIBLE! Good luck trying to cancel a pickup order from here. The shipment took too long and it arrived later than anticipated, so I have been trying to cancel the order. Unable to do it online and NO ONE is answering the phone. It goes to an automated system and then just hangs up. This store needs to really up their customer service game.
