Who ever runs this store needs to be fired. It's been over an hour and you have kids and adults alike standing in line and this stupid sign is up. I came out of my way with my niece and daughter to this disappointment. This is hurting the brand and someone is getting paid that doesn't actually work.

leaving a five star review to balance out the guy b*tching about the employee sitting on her phone. it's a plush toy store, bro. do you really need her to say hello and explain the concept to you? you keep scrolling through that phone, queen. labor solidarity cute stuff. i want the soft burger. five stars.
