The sale representative was not good. First, he gave me the wrong pillow and I had to come back to return it. Then he said the pillow I bought is not available in the store and will be shipped to my home address. He gave me a wrong receipt with a wrong tracking number. I had to call back the store to obtain the correct receipt with the tracking number. I was not happy with the sale representative.

THE WORST- CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLESTAY AWAY, WHEN THEY FINALY DELIVERED THE BED, IT WAS BROKEN. THEN THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 10 DAYS TO DELIVER.A COMPLETE FAKE COMPANY CLAIMING TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICEDONT FALL FOR IT

This was the first time buying a fancy adult bed and George made it SO easy! I have never experienced a sales associate in any facet of business go to such lengths to bring down the cost as much as he did. He was super knowledgeable and made me try most of the beds despite me already having my favorite picked out. He did not push any extras (pillows, mattress cover, etc) on me, and was extremely thorough and helpful in the purchasing/financing process. Also he's expanding his family so his amazing customer service combined with that means he deserves every last sale! Go to George or you will regret it!!

Accompanied my partner into Sleep Number at Tysons Mall as they had an inquiry into repairs/parts for their own sleep number mattress. As someone who also works in sales, it was refreshing to be greeted by Shari who provided excellent customer service from the start in that she wholeheartedly put her efforts into answering our questions and finding solutions. She also made sure to provide resources and updates to the original purchaser's account to make sure all of my partner's needs were met. Would buy from Shari in a heartbeat at the earliest convenience.
