Daniel and Walter are really great. They create a very welcoming and friendly environment. I’ve always loved every haircut I’ve gotten from them even when I walk in without a full idea of what I want to do with my hair. 10/10 I highly recommend!

I have a history of commitment issues when it comes to my hair. Things never lasted with other stylists - until Daniel. ? Daniel is my first long-term hair stylist relationship -- and after 5+ years, I still love him just as much as I did in the beginning (maybe more!)! ? I almost hesitate to write him a review because I (very selfishly) don't want everyone else to know about him.
I firmly believe he is a hair god - a miracle worker! Were his hands touched by angels? I'm not sure anyone can actually deny it. ? Without hesitation, I can honestly say that Daniel is the best. He is so talented with hair - second to none - and always leaves me with impeccable blond color and an awesome cut, regardless of which hue I've requested over the years (a beautifully blended balayage, a dirty blonde, a mix with heavier highlights, or my current platinum-ish look).
What I appreciate as much as his expertise is his personality and that of his *amazing* assistant Walter. Daniel and Walter are such truly kind and genuine people, and definitely don't have the gossipy salon environments you might find elsewhere.
Bottom line: if you go to Revel, you'll get incredible hair and great company!
Also - you'll likely get the greatest hair wash of your life from Walter. Walter is also a god!

Revel is the absolute best. I am super picky with my hair color and cut, and I have never walked out of this salon unhappy. The space is beautiful, and Walter will give you the best shampoo of your life.

Daniel's salon is simply the best place to get high quality hair care in the region. I have been going for years and am always pleased with the results. He is great about managing curly/thick/unruly hair, always creative with his recommendations, but never pushy, and takes great care with his clients. As a bonus, his apprentice Walter gives the best shampoos of all time.

He listens to what you what, advises if you like, and delivers consistent and quality services. I’ve literally been getting monthly complements on my hair since my first visit! I have been going to Daniel since 2011, when he first moved to northern VA. Daniel is extremely gifted and talented, I have had many different haircuts, styles and different variations of colors. He is a top notch hair stylist. My entire family sees Daniel and even though some live out of state, they wait to get their hair done by Daniel when they come home to visit. Daniel is always into the latest, most up to date styles and colors. My hair is in top condition after years and years of color treatment. Daniel takes care of his clients as if they are family. We look forward to our appointments to spend time with Daniel and walk out feeling like a fresh new person. There really are not enough words to describe just how fantastic of a hair stylist Daniel is.

Daniel and Walter are wonderful to work with and have put together a really awesome new salon in the Tysons / Falls church area. I’ve been working with Daniel for almost eight years and I’m always incredibly happy with the results. He’s an expert at his craft, he always has great suggestions, and at this point I trust him to just do what he thinks is best. Both he and Walter are attentive, kind, focused on the details, and just fun to talk to. I used to treat haircuts like a chore but now I really look forward to my appointments at Revel.

I love Daniel's work so much that even though I moved to Maryland I still travel across the bridge to use his services. He is an absolute expert and I am always impressed with the results he is able to achieve with my fine, wavy hair. He and Walter have such a wonderful rapport and the service is top notch.
