I’m from out of town, looked for a great place for updo. I saw the ratings for this site, thinking will be good. I even sent the pictures of hair style I want it my hair to be. But Abby the hairstylist was very slow and did not even know what was she doing at all. This place has an answering machine that tells you to leave a message, but they never call back Although not directed, you have to go to website to learn each operator is independent; and you have to contact them via phone or email. I was given this referral by a hotel. I would highly recommend doing business elsewhere! Being a visitor from Palm Beach, I am amazed by the poor customer service-shame on you!!!

I am really picky when it comes to hair salon and have a long list of requirements not limited to color brand,technique and personal sympathy with stylist. Abby check all boxes! Highly professional,understanding and careful listener. I was nervous about format of salon where all masters are independent and there is no reception,but she is amazing manager/stylist/colorist by herself and I am happy to find her in the 3 months after moving to the area.

Just to preface, I waited a few days to see if my haircut would grow on me but the more I sat with it the more it didn't make sense. Went in for a chop since my hair was quite damaged and asked for thinning and layers. I was recommended Sarah and while she was cutting I felt like I could trust her since she said she had 15 years of experience. I left with what looks somewhat like a mullet because I have a bob that doesn't flow into my longer hair whatsoever. The layers don't make sense, which can be seen in the layering of the bangs. Bottoms were left blunt, which I specifically asked not to have when I went in. Only reason I didn't ask after the second time for her to fix my hair was because it was progressively getting worse and shorter. Thankfully my hair grows fast...
