My wife and I were finally fed up with our old mattress and decided it was time to try something new. We had heard of the purple brand before so we decided to test out the stock they had at the showroom. We worked with a gentleman named Stephen who was very helpful and informative in guiding our search for our specific needs. We didn’t want to make an uninformed decision, so we notified Stephen that we would try out some other brands as a point of comparison and come back, which we did, to test the purple mattresses out again the same day. He was patient, polite, and accommodating. Overall a very positive experience at the showroom at Tysons.

We had a great experience with Conner. He wasn't pushy at all and made us feel comfortable the whole time. We weren't even sure we were going to go with a Purple Mattress, but he answered all of our questions and actually helped us make a decisions, regardless of Purple. In addition, the deals we received were great. Not sure if those would've been applied online. 100% going in-store to test the mattress, get peace of mind and hopefully get a nice deal!

Stephen was an incredible help in working through our options both with models and financing. I have tried many mattresses--Helix, Nectar, Costco, ect--but purple have always been on top and the Tysons Corner store has great people to help you find the right one.

Stephen Arison was extremely helpful with our mattress purchase at the Tysons Corner, VA store. The first few days of our new mattress was “not like the store” however now we love our mattress. Paying for them to setup was not worth the price in my opinion. They refused to take our box spring unless we paid them more money. We had already put the frame together and in place. Would recommend Purple and the Tyson’s location has a huge selection to pick the right bed for you.

I worked with a gentleman named Conner, and it was a joy to do so. He was patient and didn't hover as I've run into a lot while bed shopping, and was able to answer almost any questions I needed. I enjoyed the Restore line of mattresses and will definitely be back to purchase once my timeline clears up. Other shoppers should look out for him if they are curious themselves about Purple.
