I recently called and visited this location and worked with Alex (I hope that I am spelling her name correctly!); they were very sweet, helped answer all of my questions, and helped me with my merchandise credit. I actually went for a interview for this company today. I'm not, surprise at how poorly the customer service is. The District manager for the DMV area is extremely rude, young and in experienced. I literally, walked out after we initially met to start the interview. She talked down to me, In front of customers and the whole staff. Poorly ran district. Never will I ever apply for a position in this district for this company.

Drove all the way here from Maryland to try on some jeans that was listed in stock at Tyson’s. Walked in at 5:30pm, started shopping and needed to try on clothes. I spot an employee and ask her if she can let me in the dressing room. She rudely told me that she shut down the dressing room for the night because it was her and one other person working tonight. Ma’am that’s not anybody’s problem. The cash register was already covered by another employee. There were people literally putting clothes back and walking out or attempting to try clothes on in the store. This was my first time there and it left a bad taste. I’m sure that pacsun lost money tonight. I took my money right over to American eagle, tried on 8 pairs of jeans, got the jeans i needed and the employees were soo sweet and accommodating

management do better! there were only 3 employees at 6pm on a Saturday, only one of whom was working at the register. the fitting rooms are not available for use, which wasn't obvious at all and the mod was rude when i mistakenly tried to use it. left empty handed bc i wasn't waiting in line for 20+ minutes just to try everything on at home in different sizes just to return them, esp considering how wonky pacsun sizing is. i worked at a competitor store right down the hall and imo this should've been addressed after the other review with this grievance, because i'm sure your employees are asking for more staff on hand as well. give them keys for the rooms and count how many items the customer has, it's a small hassle but many more people will make purchases.

Does not deserve even 1 star. It’s almost comical how rude these teenagers working at the store are. I think that it’s pretty consistent with the other bad reviews regarding customer service. Very disrespectful when you just ask simple questions. Training goes a long way. BTW. Sunday morning shift. Avoid at all cost. Not the type of person to post reviews but this was absolutely warranted.

I was a customer this store for past Six years, however, I'm very disappointed Today when my 14-year-old son took my card and bought a hat without my knowledge $130. The cashier lady in the afternoon is so rude and unprofessional that she has zero customer service. I asked her to retune or exchange at least before I leave the store and she said she can’t retune or exchange I asked her to call her manager and she said she was the manager of the store. I'm still wondering how unprofessional a customer serves be a manager of the store. I wish she this is to has a good customer. I am not recommending anyone buy something from this store anymore.

This store was packed full of items that are on sale!! My daughter found a few goodies! The young ladies working were friendly and the managet kept her composure/professional demeanor while being yelled at by a customer who held up the line too. Kindness should flow both ways, from the consumer to the staff/salesperson and then be reciprocated from those working to those shopping/spending hard earned dollars. This is not news We All Know Better, so let's behave that way! Please! P.S. I took a picture with a Ticktok boss and his mom, good times!
