The selection fantastic & the service was even better. Our advisor was Maia & she was beyond excellent !! She really had a true understanding, explained all our options, & then demonstrated how each style, cut, setting changed the appearance. Just true expert guidance. Mervis is fantastic! They have an amazing team. I worked with Maia to help pick an engagement and wedding ring. She provided outstanding customer service and was always honest. She worked with me through all the process and was very attentive and took care of me. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced! After looking at a couple other places and walked into Mervis, I said this is the place. Once I saw the rings, I said to myself that this is it and were the perfect ones. The whole process was perfect from the moment I walked in to the moment I left.
