“For the quick readers: Staff are friendly and professional at the same time. Very rare combination. Especial thanks to Whitney Thomas who makes sure you have a « good stay » like a hotel. They explain things thoroughly and are careful with details.Dr. Sobhani is a gem. His diagnostics in my case were incredible. I had a condition that was detected by 3 different heart experts (cardiologists). Those cardiologists prescribed me with somemedication that might had side effects. Dr. Sobhani didn’t think they were right and told me to wait few months and take the tests again. He was 100% right after the test that was done few months after, everything was normal. Had he not intervened, I would have been under meds for the rest of my life. 3 cardiologists vs him! He told me « You have been my patient, I have observed your behavior for few years, I thinks it's premature to take the meds. I think this is a temporary condition and you don’t need meds ». That was really priceless for me.I had to travel to Europe with family and we all got COVID. Dr. Sobhani and his staff guided all of us with WhatsApp. Sending us prescription, find equivalent European brands of the prescriptions. He guided me to disconnect my dad’s IV using FaceTime in a hotel room! I honestly believe he and his staff saved my dad this past summer. He was in Critical condition in a country where they didn't speak English and we didn't spoke a word of their language.They are always few mins away via WhatsApp, it's really remarkable. I strongly recommend their program and if you are looking for a high quality health care, they are it.”

“I have had extremely bad experience with shots, so I now have a fear of needles. I’ve avoided getting blood work done for many years, but finally had to do it. I went in so nervous, and this location of Labcorp was so amazing! The wait time ended up being incredibly short. When I was taken back I was asked about my experience, and once I explained my fears they took me to a room where I could lay down. The whole experience was quick and painless!I was incredibly grateful to the staff for not being annoyed by my nerves, but making it an easy and painless experience. I would recommend them to anyone and would only go here for bloodwork. I wish I got the name of the woman who took my blood, because I am grateful!”

At Labcorp, I left with bruises up and down my arms from multiple sticks and bleeding out. She felt my arm and knew exactly where to hit the vein. She is the gold standard as far as I’m concerned and will come back to her.”

“I was definitely skeptical after reading the reviews, but what can you really expect from a lab? I made a same day appointment about 30 minutes prior to my desired time. I checked in on my phone right at my appointment time. I waited about 5 minutes or so. Ms. LaToya was my phlebotomist. She pleasant, prompt, and knowledgeable as I only had to be stuck one time (usually it takes a couple of tries and both arms to get a good vein from me, apparently). The facility was clean. I experienced no issues and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Easy peasy - one more thing I can check off my to-do list.”

“I had previously used Quest exclusively for my lab work while living in Florida the past 6 years. My new physician advised of a Lab Corps facility next door to their office where I could have my lab work done. I asked if it was OK to use the Quest facility near my home, which it was. Yesterday I had lab work performed at the location on Fairfax Drive in Ballston. The technician, Michelle, was very professional and personable. Excellent customer service!”

“Located inside the Safeway, this Quest Diag lab was convenient and the people were excellent. I arrived at opening (7:30 a.m.) without an appointment. One appt went first, and my blood drawn at 7:40. Painless stick. Nice person. My test required waiting for 2 hours, so I got a good look. All customers were seen in 4 mins; two seen in 10 seconds. Yep - sign in and name called before seated. While waiting, other staff checked in with me - to see if I was waiting without being seen. Oh yeah. .. free parking. All excellent.”

“My co-workers and I had been exposed to COVID. Granted this location was offering rapid tests as we needed one to get cleared to return to work. It was hectic. Like most medical offices, this location was understaffed. Totally understandable. I have no complaints in regards to that. However, it was a little packed inside with everyone trying to check in and wait to get tested. I think we spent a little bit over an hour from check in time to getting our test done. The woman who did my test apologized for the wait and said that they were understaffed. I told her not to worry. The turn around results was 1-2 hours which is understandable as well. No complaints honestly just the crowd.”

The only issue I had was that I was seen around 20 minutes after my appt time, but this is typical for most western medicine medical offices.”

I've always had trouble with blood draws. But this woman was absolutely amazing. No wait if you schedule online. It's was a good experience, which is rare for me with the needle.”

“Making an appointment online was super easy. I went in and was greeted right away, signed in, and was called within 5 mins. The young lady took me to the back and proceeded with the procedure of drawing my blood (I have small veins, so Im a little difficult). She found my vein on the first try, and I was in and out! The room isn't huge, so I would think they would have to have very experienced phlebotomist to get you in and out due to the amount of space. I would recommend this place to anyone. My experience was great!”
