Don't bother getting anything from these guys especially if you have pets, their stuff isn't waterproof. I wanted to buy more replacement foam (60+lbs) and they told me to buy a new insert for 500 dollars. Don't waste your money.

Tara and the team were excellent! Tara was very patient as my wife and I battled a toddler while building the perfect couch configuration for us. Tara made the experience easy to understand and none of the team was pushy on sales. Experience couldn't have been better!

Terrible experience, they kicked me out for trying out one of the bean bags there, love sac is lucky there is not a zero star option, there rude, disrespectful, especially towards children, it's such a terrible, and rude store, 0/5 stars
