First I ordered the wrong range then I didn’t do my diligence checking out the replacement range and missed some damage. AJM never gave up on me. I only had to see their kitchen and I looked no further, KB Factory it was!! So The journey from start to finish, from design, selection, renovation schedule, payment schedule, communication and closure was a smooth and enjoyable process. David, Elizabeth and Dru are an amazing team, supporting each step of the process and available to answer questions and address any concerns. I was most impressed and awed by the 3D design David created with the potential design, which was helpful for me to see visually. Most of the selections for kitchen items are done right in the showroom. I made trips to Mosaic Tile for my floor and backsplash and Pacific Sales with Best Buy to purchase my appliances. Melissa at Mosaic Tile was supportive and knowledgeable. Issac , with Pacific Home supported with suggestions for appliances per my renovation information, submitted all information to K/B factory and coordinated the shipping and delivery. The contractor, Rafal and his team were efficient, thorough, careful and left my home clean each day. I am truly grateful for this team and my new kitchen !!!!!”

“Daniel and Erika created our beautiful kitchen and master/hall bathrooms. Unfortunately our projects were started at the beginning of the COVID pandemic with all of its supply issues. Our five month project turned out to take over one year. I do not blame them, I blame the pandemic for the delays. My wife and I love, love, love the design of our new kitchen. When the tile for our shower in the master bathroom was stained by the grout due to a tile manufacturing error they worked tirelessly to resolve and replace the stained tile. It's been three years since the completion of the projects and we've not had any problems. Thank you again Daniel and Erika!”

I made a mistake and mis-measured when ordering my bathroom vanity. It was very close to being the right size, but the vanity top was a little too big and the bathroom door wouldn't close. Sebastian was very patient, talked me through all of my options, looked at pictures of the problem, and through a couple of phone calls resolved my problem without a huge expense. It was a big problem of my own making, but Sebastian resolved it very quickly. Thanks!”
