Bought a used car and 10 year extended warranty. Sold the car after 8 and called for the prorated refund. I have left several messages with the sales department and they won't call back. I am sure it's because they don't want to refund the balance due under the contract. Beware if you buy a warranty with the expectation that you'll only pay for what you use. You'll never see a dime back.

Just bought a car from these folks and air conditioning not working. Took back and had to put a new condenser in. The next day the brakes failed and had to get new rotors/pads for entire car. This car had less than 200 miles since we purchased. I paid for brakes etc. This dealership is a joke and customer satisfaction is LAST on there list. These people should be out of business, DO NOT BUT A PRE-OWNED CAR. They are great when doing the deal but that's it. Have contacted the BBB.STAY AWAY!!!!!Bill

I had a great experience when I brought the car in for an oil change and some miscellaneous items that needed repair. Andy was my point of contact and he has great customer service skills and it didn't go unnoticed! I felt he has done everything within his ability to do whatever he could have done to make life a little easier for me, which I appreciate a lot.

Oursman Honda of Tysons -From Management to Sales personnel the Oursman Team is NOT out for the good of the customer.I'm not sure what they are for except to make the sale and get the "customer" out the door As Quickly As Possible.Count on NO assistance once you drive off the lot - NONE.To say that the Oursman Team (again from Management to Sale Personnel) are dishonest is a GREAT understatement.I was told not once, not twice, but three times that the VA State license plates we were waiting for were put into "overnight" mail for us - these were important, as the Temp Plates issued at the time of purchase were expiring - we received the lic plates through standard mail 8 days later - leaving us with the decision to park the new car or drive a car with expired plates for more than a week.We should have walked out when the Manager in payments and accounting walked out in the middle of the final sale for a "more important" meeting and a brand new employee finished the sale - no blame on that individual, he was put in a difficult situation, but the payment process took more than an hour and all I had to do was write a check, there was NO financing involved - Shame on the Management.Customer 1st - B.S. - more like customer NEVERI not only would not recommend Oursman Honda of Tysons to anyone, I would tell them to avoid, stay away from, and have NOTHING to do with them - AT ALL - Period. They are a Shameful example of everything that is wrong with used car sales and hit on every bad stereo-type and joke that is out there.

I was only visiting for the day from out of town, but I Saw that they had a car I was looking for on the lot. With very little prep time, Raihan, my salesperson, made it happen very quickly. Everyone there was very accommodating and fun to work with. My finance guy made it super easy for us and we drove my new BMW out of there by 5pm.The follow up service was also appreciated.

I originally came in for a state inspection and was quoted for additional services that was needed. I came back because the price was good and after researching mechanics around the prices seemed fair. However, once the service was done they tack on miscellaneous charges that brings the price well over what other mechanics charge. I feel I was ripped off. I will never come back to a dealer for any service. Especially this one.

If I could give em negative stars I would. Bought my mother a car from here thinking it would go smoothly. They were taking forever to get it ready for us so we had come to an agreement that I would have my mother come tomorrow to collect the remaining accessories for the vehicle that weren’t ready (floor mats and a covering for the trunk). When my mother came the next day, they told her she way lying??!! And that they don’t let customers leave without a receipt for whatever is missing. I came the next day myself to confront them about this. They were rude, unprofessional, and just seemed like we’re all having a horrible day or something because they did not even want to listen to me. I understand they may have a method on how they operate and there’s some sort of checks and balances within, but it’s the principle with this kind of stuff. A verbal agreement should be just as good as a receipt if you’re running an honest business and are fair lien I hoped.. It’s not like we came in asking for something that wasn’t owed to us. I left that day with no intentions of ever coming back, of ever recommending Honda of Tysons to anyone I know. They just want you to sign on the dotted line and not be held accountable for anything after. 0/5 customer service

I bought a used car from ourisman Honda Tysons corner a few months ago. I'm really happy with my new car- it seems to be in great condition! I've also really appreciated the service. There were a couple cosmetic items (scratched paint and hole in seat) that the dealer agreed to fix when I bought the car and it was very easy to get those fixed. Also, about a month after I got my car, the battery needed to be replaced, which they took care of for me (even though it was out of the warranty period). I'd recommend shopping for a car at this dealer. I'll bring my car here to be serviced and would come back when it's time for a new car.

Worst dealership ever. I recently moved to Virginia two days ago and it's my first time getting safety inspection. I had no idea that Amber housing or amber lights required in Virginia. They first told me that we are going to fail your inspection. Service advisor Victor. I said, why? Because of the law. They did not show me which statue law they are talking about. I just changed the housing of the side markers white smoke housing. The inspection service said, Good luck next time. Just give me my car and I want freakin leave. Took like 15 minutes to get the hell out of there. That pissed me off. EVEN IF YOU BANNED ME FROM ENTERING YOUR PROPERTY.. I'm never coming back there again. Unprofessional In the beginning, they told me that they are not going to be rejection sticker but I found out that they are going to be rejection sticker for inspection. IM ON KANSAS PLATES AND REGISTRATION. Screw you Called the safety inspection and explained to me. They are unprofessional unable to create good customer service. This dealer is closest to my house. Hell no. If I ever go there. I would rather drive 40 minutes to another dealer than come back there.

Wouldn't waste your money and time on their service department. Took car in for 95,000 mile major service, spent almost $700 and they didn't rotate the tires. I asked them about it and they said, "You didn't ask for us to rotate your tires". I've never had a dealership not rotate tires for a major or minor service. It's something they automatically do. It's like them not changing the oil and filter for a major service. They even do tire rotations at some quick stop oil change places automatically. They always do it at independent mechanic shops i've been to without me asking. This is the only place that said the customer has to ask for a tire rotation. The advisor also tried to sell me a timing belt when my car has a timing chain. When I mentioned that, he said he made a mistake and would remove it from recommended services. I think it was $300 charge they were trying to put in and if I hadn't said anything and just agreed to it (he made it sound that my engine would be messed up if my timing belt broke which it would be if I had a timing belt). They had a list of $5000 worth of recommended maintenance items that don't line up with the owner's manual's recommendations and their prices for service are very high. Now I need to take the car elsewhere to get tires rotated. If you go here educate yourself on what your car actually has and I guess you have to ask for a tire rotation on a major service. Went here to get OEM spark plugs and coolant replaced...back to the independent mechanic we go

WARNING: THIS IS A LONG REVIEW. Bottom line up front: Andreas is a superstar, everyone else is wanting...read on for details. We negotiated this up from 1-star for the bright light that is Andreas. If you want excellent interaction and customer service, see him and him alone. (Andreas is a junior sales rep but light years ahead of his elder peers in customer interaction. I hope he progresses quickly as to not be tainted by the environment that does not reflect his good nature and desire to please the customer). When I come to buy a car, that is already over MSRP because of "market conditions" the least you can do is NOT charge me for a add-on I didn't agree to and call it mandatory. Yes, AFTER we complained, they knocked it off, because, apparently, that add-on is permanent and done without the customer's consent prior. If you say WTH, congratulations, because that's a quote from us. I called to ask if they had the model we wanted in stock, yes. I asked the price, they quoted me the above MSRP cost but it was the car we desired and felt it was still a good deal. So we go in, no need for a test drive, we know what we want. We want to drive it away, so all you have to do is put the paperwork in front of us and we'll sign it (obligatory credit check completed, of course). So we look at the transaction and here's this plus up of the unremovable, unwanted add-on. No thank you. Get rid of it or we'll find another dealer (and we're ready to call every Honda dealer in DelMarVa if necessary). After the now trademark slow walk from a manager, he removes the cost of the add-on we didn't want (and LOL, we still have no idea WTH it is for because...I mean, we saw the placard and you kinda explained it but...what is it?). Now, why 2-stars? Put simply, slothful service. How many times do you need to call finance to do what should be a simple transaction? I know a half dozen is WAY too many. Emails sent, promises made and broken and our transaction STILL isn't complete after weeks of work. To our face, "I'll send the email as soon as I finish this other task"...a week later...NADA! I'd name names but the reason why I gave respect to the YOUNGEST, NEWEST member of the team is because everyone else, to a person, was AWFUL with their customer service. They move like they are in slow motion. They act confused when you ask for a simple request, and in one case, they seemed visibly shaken (literally in fear) for us having asked for the thing we had been in contact with them about. Yes, we had to go into the store after several email exchanges to get them to move on our request. Its like they can't find the keys on their computer or don't know how to place an out of office note when they are on vacation. And, how many days away should you have in a row before someone else follows up on your tasks? I think a week for a customer who just bought a brand new car from you is excessive, but certainly more than that is, for sure. Sales and finance, sales floor to manager, moved like their feet were in molasses. Not one person showed a sense of urgency or concern for us (seriously, we watched in awe as a half dozen people milled about with no other customers visible and yet they moved like bad news on a Friday night). It was the weirdest thing. I have done sales before, I understand how it can be overwhelming or how some customers can be difficult, but we were polite, just persistent. We are due a refund of a canceled contract, we've done everything asked of us, and now we want the status of said refund. We have to come to the store to get that status? After YOUR TEAM tells us they'll contact us, repeatedly failing to do so? This team is resting on its oars. Honda product is the draw and once you're in, they treat you as if that's the only thing that matters. Management needs to assess their entire sales operation, soup to nuts. If we are any indication, the Honda reputation is working overtime.

I wish I could leave a lower rating. They pressured me and rushed me into a deal (in writing) where I put money down. A few days later when I went to pick up the car, they marked up the price and when I didn't agree, they held my deposit hostage until they realized I wasn't leaving without it. They let greed, poor judgment and lack of ethical behavior result in another poor rating. Buyer beware.

Came in for an oil change. Why would it take 2 hours? Their "inspection " discovered a long list of repair items. And, their prices are grossly inflated. Seriously unethical business practices
