Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I've used this Harris Teeter location twice with a prescription that has been challenging to refill. The pharmacist(s) that I've spoken to have been very friendly and helpful. They have also answered the phone within 6 rings when I call.There could be issues with staffing, but that's a Corporate decision. Every interaction I've had from refilling, transferring a prescription out and/or back has been very smooth.To those that complained, I'd suggest giving this location another shot. I've had nothing but excellent service here.

This year Harris Teeter has been awful. The pharmacist are so rude. They don’t prepare the prescriptions in time. They’ll tell the date your medication will be ready but they don’t give it to you in a timely manner. You end up going some days without taking your medication which is risky for most patients. They won’t give you any advice on your prescription or ask if you have any questions like the ones the pharmacists they had in the previous years. As you wait for them to attend you when picking up the meds, sometimes they’ll act like they haven’t seen you. They pay less attention to patients. I thought the reason they do this job is to help patients but it looks like they don’t care and that’s why patients miss out on their medication which causes more issues. They also consider some patients more important than others.

I want to give a big shout out to Chetana! She is great! She helped me out tremendously with my questions and requests in regards to the Libre 2 Sensor. She really is a life saver! Thank you for everything!

This store needs new management NOW-Dirty store with very close dates on lunch meat products. Difficulty in locating grocery carts with no help from employees. I had planned on purchasing 6 bottles of wine but could not find a price on the display so that did not happen.I finally just left and went over to Whole Foods to purchase my groceries as they seem to mange their stores in a professional atmosphere. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING IN THIS STORE.

Only have huge carts that never work properly. No baskets. The place is pretty dirty. Codes on produce do not always match the self check out codes, so checking out is a challenging process. Things often go wrong with self check out and you are stuck waiting for employees to be able to complete purchases. Produce is not good. Relying so much on self check out is asking a lot of customers. We should get a discount! Often I have purchased and had to return expired items - especially with those placed on special sale. Please check expiration dates.

I always had good experiences at this Tyson's Harris teeter. However tonight was not the case. Employee name Sheila was working at self check out lanes. She looked upset and she took her issues out on customers. Management must do better with their employees.

Worst pharmacy ever. I was forewarned about this place and refused to listen. I attempted to fill my Accutane which is time sensitive and requires pick up within 7 days otherwise I have to wait another month to fill. I get a message from the pharmacy saying it’s ready, I show up and not only was it not ready, they had no record of it. They then find it and say, well we don’t the log in name and password so we can fill and release it to you, try again tomorrow and pick it up later. I tried again the next day and they said, “sorry we are out of that the soonest we can get the prescription is Monday”. The prescription of course expired and I had to wait an entire month (due to Accutane’s restrictions) to get it filled again. My boyfriend had also had huge issues with this pharmacy. Wish I would have listened. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Avoid the sandwiches and pizza sections! They do not rinse their produces before cutting them up. One day I saw this brunette lady literally picked the leaves from a potted basil to put on the pizza. I couldn't believe that she had the audacity to take the whole damn pot from the corner (where they sell lots of potted herbs) and didn't bother rinsing it. It was funny and disgusting at the same time. Can you imagine if dirt got on your pizza?!Then today I saw a different lady (older one with an attitude) who took three tomatoes off the counter with stickers still on them, took the stickers off, and went slicing without rinsing any of them. I guess these two (and probably more that I haven't seen) are just too lazy and don't give a flying F*ck if you get sick from your food. They should be fired. I hope Harris Teeter Customer Service reads this and enforce actions. But then again, they're probably lazy too!

This location usually doesn't have cashiers - the self checkout is awful, and the people manning the self checkout are rude.

The nightmare pharmacy with no customer service and no supplies and rude behaviour. My family and I been going here for so many years, but after them delaying some major meds and not following up to call or pick up the phone, we became very sick. They need to shut down this pharmacy it is a horrible place.
