I almost didn’t go here to buy these shoes because of the reviews. However, because they cost so much, I preferred trying on versus buying online. I can’t remember his name but I was immediately greeted with a kind and warm welcome from the young man working. Bought two pair. Great service and experience!!! I highly recommend you try for yourself.

I love Golden Goose, so I stopped by the store while heading to the Chanel store. When I walked in, there were no other customers—just a salesperson and an artist, (both African American, if that helps identify who I’m referring to)working on some shoes. No one greeted me, and the salesperson was on her phone. I said "Good afternoon ," but she didn’t respond and remained focused on her phone.
I walked around, checked out the shoes, and decided to try on three pairs. I approached her, still unnoticed, and said I wanted to try them on. She finally looked at me, sighed heavily, and said, "Okay," before returning to her phone. After trying the shoes, I left because I didn’t receive proper customer service.
I’m shocked at how bad my experience was—she seemed completely uninterested in helping me! I thought Golden Goose was a luxury store that would prioritize customer service. I was ready to purchase one or maybe two pairs of sneakers, but after that kind of behavior, no thanks!
Yesterday, on September 20th, I visited Bloomingdale’s across the street in the other mall and had a completely different experience. There was a lovely sales associate, who mentioned she was an artist. Not only did she help me choose the perfect sneakers, but she also made the entire process enjoyable. I ended up buying a pair and will definitely return for more. The customer service and approach were excellent.
It’s hard to understand how the salesperson at your store was hired when she doesn’t seem interested in the job. It’s also surprising that there isn’t a policy about phone usage in the store. Golden Goose, I’m truly disappointed. Your store is in such a beautiful galleria, but the service I received was worse than what I’d expect at Walmart.

The customer service at this store was terrible. If I’m buying a quality product, I expect help in finding what I want and a quality service. The sales associate didn’t bother keeping up with me and was unhelpful in finding other shoe options since not all colors were on display. She was rude, barely paid attention to me, and treated me like I couldn’t afford the shoes. I ended up leaving and ordering online instead. Don’t even waste your time. Just order online.

I went to buy a pair of shoes I saw in New York for $350. I asked the sales associate, who was fair-skinned, somewhat heavyset, with black hair, at the Tyson's Galleria branch in Washington, about these specific shoes. She rudely responded, "We don't have shoes at that price. Maybe you went to a fake store." I had planned to buy multiple pairs, but her filthy, disgusting attitude made me not want to purchase anything from her. Please do not let people like this represent reputable stores.

Horrendous service unfortunately. I was recovering from a long term health problem/disability/cancer (just made me look frail but overall looked normal- not coughing nor sneezing, wearing a mask etc) and they made me feel like I was not welcome. Did not ask if I needed help and when I finally asked for help they held a negative tone and felt like I was stared at and talked about in the small back room they had. I was looking for a specific golden goose and they said they would text me if they had it and for future drops. It has been several months and still no text from them and I made sure to give them the correct phone and email. I honestly would not recommend going here unless you are ok with feeling humiliated and like a pariah if you visibly look even slightly unwell.

The Golden Goose store in the Galleria at Tysons, VA features luxury upscale shoes for men and women. The staff is engaging and friendly! The store featured a vast selection of shoes with a distressed and distinctive look. The men’s sneaker featured a worn-in aesthetic made with premium materials. This is a showcase store!

They keep taking down my review. I was not told at the time of purchase that it’s store credit only if I return the shoes. Also when I accepted the store credit I was assured that I can come in the store and they will order the shoe I like and I can pay with my store credit but now I can’t place an order for a shoe that I like online cause it’s not available in store. Stuck with that store credit

Terrible service. To say they were disinterested in me as a customer would be an upgrade in their attitude toward me. Luxury products should come w luxury service. The staff were horrible.They DGAF.

I was not made aware that store return policy is stor credit only and when I accepted the store credit they assured me that I can come in the store and they will order the shoe I like online and I can pay using my store credit and when I tried doing that they say they can't beca the shoe is not in store. I am stuck with this store credit and getting no response from their customer care either

I have really been wanting a pair of these shoes for years. For my birthday my husband purchased two pairs for me which was so incredibly thoughtful. We went to exchange one pair today for a different style and were greeted by two indifferent salespeople staring at their phones and one salesperson who was minimally professional. I honestly felt like they thought I wasn't good enough or cool enough to be in there since I'm middle-aged and was in my workout clothes instead of dressed up. My husband even told me that when he'd made the initial purchase the salesperson pointed to a particular section of the store and stated "these are the types the old ladies like." The salespeople provided unenthusiastic service and only answered questions when directly asked. It was terrible. If I could've received a refund I would've just asked for one and taken my business elsewhere but as previously noted, this store only provides in-store credit if you return something. Such a disappointment.

I ordered my GG at a different store but wasn't happy with the laces. I decided to try this Tyson's store location... but was a little hesitant because of the low reviews on Yelp.Well, I was greeted immediately! I explained to the sales person (Robert) that I wanted to change my laces. He was helpful and patient. He even relaced my shoes twice so they would fit perfectly.I will definitely come here for my next pair!

The store was cute and the employees were friendly and patient with me. It was cool hearing the story of the brand and having the staff member walk through different products with me.
