I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kayla at this location. She delivered outstanding customer service. She was incredibly kindly and went above and beyond in service!!

Weird dots appeared on my white sweatpants after not even a week of having purchased them. Keep in mind this stuff isn't cheap. I went in person when I had time exactly a week after. I was turned down and told that there was nothing to be done. Went home tried to get these weird stains out myself and failed. I figured let's give them one last call just to try and hope for the best. Mary (I believe assistant manager) was so extremely helpful. She made an exception for me even though they don't take clothes without tags back. She was so nice and thoughtful of the money I had just spent and stains that I myself did not make. Was iffy about shopping there ever again until I talked to Mary. She told me to come in right away and she would take care of me. Thank you!!!!

I purchased a shirt YESTERDAY and when I tried it on today, the string broke off. The store associates did nothing to try to make this right. They said they couldn't take damaged clothing which is ridiculous because they CAN take defective clothing but didn't do that for me.

Everytime I go in the store the cashiers are so rude. As a person in customer service, that is not how you're supposed to treat customers.!!! I personally love garage but they definitely need to choose better associates.

I normally don't leave reviews the only way is if it is a horrible experience or an absolute great experience. This is an absolute great experience. I have been going to Garage for almost 1 1/2 years. My daughter loves this store. Every time I go to Garage I have the best experience. I get treated with a great greeting and customer services is absolutely the best. The manager Elle is wonderful. Elle is always very attentive to my daughter's needs and mine. If I need a smaller/ bigger size, different color she is always making sure we get what we need. Sometimes they may not have the merchandise but she also gives me other ideas like order online. Now a days it is very hard to go to a store and you get great services. I always look forward to going to Garage i know I will be treated with great customer service. I do recommend this store for shopping.

Worked in retail for many years I always come to stores from that perspective. I came in yesterday, and despite only the manager(?) on the floor everything was super tidy, clean, and neat. Diverse sizing available, something other stores in the mall were struggling with. The manager needs a serious raise, you can tell the store was being held together by her sheer determination. Even as she was being pulled in multiple directions, she went out of her way to be kind and helpful to everyone. She went above and beyond to help me, frequently checking in and building a rapport. Will be returning!

This is my first time ever visiting this store and I must say the stylist or regular employees are so sweet! A young lady even took clothing items off a mannequin for me ! They were very helpful with me today, but the passive aggressive and demanding demeanor of what I assume to be the manager towards the young ladies working there and customers made me super uncomfortable. I hadn’t even known she worked there due to her sunglasses and hat she had on. Due to this experience I will only return if she isn’t working. I hope those girls get a nicer manager!

I went today for some summer shopping and when I asked to use the fitting room I was told it’s closed. I go look at more clothes and later see two girls walking to the fitting room and being helping my an associate when I was told it was closed. Racist to say the least

this store has the worst customer service. I was in the changing room changing, and the number of how many items I had was hanging on the wall next to my fitting room, so the girls working knew that somebody was in the changing room. One of the workers pulled the curtain open to ask if I was done as I was changing? Another time I asked if I could try on a pair of pants that was on a manikin, because it was the only pair left in my size, and the lady working rolled her eyes at me and asked me if I was going to buy the pants. I told her that if they fit me then yes I would buy them. The manager came over as the lady was taking the pants off the manikin and asked her why she was doing that, when she explained the situation, the manager, then also asked me if I was planning on buying the pants. I told them that if it was too much trouble, they could leave the pants on the manikin and I could just leave the store. They allowed me to leave the store. every time I come into the store I expect bad customer service, but these were the two times that I could remember that stood out most to me. I never write reviews, but the constant treatment from the workers made me feel like I had to say something

One of the staff at the store was rude. There is no sign stating customers are not allowed to try earring and we had to buy the earring after trying it unknowingly. She said it’s common sense not to try an earring before you buy it. Jewelry stores allows customers to try earrings before you buy it. I have seen another staff being rude to another custom the past. Poor customer service. The company needs to train their staff better
