Esta tienda es un fraude ,las chicas que hablan español no te explican que están firmando una suscripción que mensualmente te deducirán $59.99 mensuales ,haré en reporte al BBB ,scam if you speak Spanish be aware they will lie to you when they offer to buy 2 leggings for $29.99 they will never give you a paper to read they make a quick explanation but never let you know your are getting a suscripción which they will charge you $59.99 every month,my bad to trust my own people shame on you scammers !you can keep $180 for 3 months of suscripción already cancel my card ,but you’re loosing a customer for sure !

The staff was rude. Made us feel stupid and couldn't do a simple exchange. We went in and bought leggings and one of the leggings were the wrong size because it was placed in the wrong section. Before even leaving the store like right after paying we notice and asked it just get a bigger size. They couldn't just do a simple switch they had us go through this whole thing and it took about 15-20 minutes just for then to say we had to be charged twice and will get a refund in 3-5 business days. We asked why couldn't we just switch to a bigger size when it was the same price and we literally just bought them. But they said that's not how it works. Mean time the whole time they had attitude. We just didn't feel comfortable anymore and people were giving us bad looks so we decided to just return the items and leave. Won't be returning to this location in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would. They scam you with a 60 dollar monthly membership when you buy something nothing this site is worth paying 60 a month for. Will NEVER Buy anything from here again

Their VIP program charges $55 per month in order to get access to clothing items at discounts. The monthly charge equals one token which can be redeemed for one clothing item. In addition you pay applicable taxes and Fabletics "made in china" tariff tax, which is odd. The token's don't work well with items on sale, you would have to add those to your cart in addition each month. The clothes themselves are good, the whole VIP system ruins it, they should eliminate the monthly VIP fee and just lower the cost of their shorts. I don't want a subscription for clothes, I imagine most men do not either.The membership is confusing and wait times to speak with anyone are long. It makes it feel like a scam as the tokens expire and you are charged each month. It is not a good business model.

We went in three times and I must say, every experience has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to an incredible associate named Billy, who’s professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm were evident.My husband and I heard of the VIP program but were kind of hesitant to sign up. His explanation of how good the credit is and how easy it is to skip convinced us.Not only was Billy knowledgeable, but he also had a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers. His energy and positivity were infectious, creating an inviting and enjoyable shopping experience. He made us feel comfortable and valued as a customer, going above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and that I found the perfect items.

Not sure this is the right branch but...Don't you love it when the clerks ignore you but greet the person who walks in 1 minute later?sure, I'm not the athletic type, but aren't I the kind of customer you want to encourage as they begin their health journey and need outfitting with clothes to match their changing body type?

In the past, I had ordered Fabletics fitness wear online. But then I recently learned there was a store at Tysons Corner mall, and I had some things to exchange, so I stopped in.The store is immaculate, well lit, and everything is organized by color and style. It's a serial shoppers dream!But best of all were the staff, Asia G helped me, and she was extremely friendly, professional, and efficient.I cannot say enough good things about my experience there and I will definitely be back!

Extremely expensive. They are all about getting you to sign up for a membership. Very disappointed with how they do business. Paid $148 for 2 pairs of shorts when they say 2 for $24 (then they tell you after they ring you up that was only with the membership)

Fabletics VIP is a great membership if you can remember to keep checking in before the 5th of every month. I did an order pickup at the Tyson's store. Pureluxe is their best material and I could live in their leggings. Most of the time, though, I'm more into the styles at Athleta.

LOL!! Even the official responses are a scam! They respond to every review calling them out is with the same text that say they will be email you right away... this response is to try to make them look responsive and caring about their customers complains, but first they can't get my email from Yelp and second it is clearly not the intention to email their customers (because they didn't), but only to give a better image. SCAM! SCAM!!

Web site is not user-friendly. Seems very difficult to do business with this company. I didn't want a VIP membership for $55/mo. Just wanted to buy some pants. $19 for VIPs or $95 for non- members. I'll look elsewhere.
