DON’T BUY DYSON!!!!!!!Purchased a Dyson humidifier not more than a yr ago. It got stuck in self cleaning mode and never came out. Called customer service and they did diagnostic. Determined it needed to be replaced with new device.I was advised that I had to return the one I had before they would ship the new one. They sent me a return label and I packaged the device up and shipped it back on April 14, 2024. It’s now June and I still do not have the device and it is paid for in full?! I have received no communication whatsoever from Dyson regarding the new device. I called at the beginning of May and was told that the device had been out of stock but was now back in stock. The rep advised that I would be getting an email regarding shipment of the new replacement in three days. I never received that email.I then went back to the Dyson store in Tysons, Virginia, where I purchased the machine. They offered zero customer service. The representative advised that all he could do was call the same 800 number I had already been calling and escalate the matter. I had already escalated myself. So the trip was a complete waste of time and money. When you call the customer service and ask for a US representative, they advise you that there is no US customer service for Dyson.I have been hung up on and completely denied any type of normal or necessary. Customer service for a matter such as this.. THIS IS FRAUDULENT AF!!!!!! How are these companies doing business in America yet they refuse to employ Americans to provide necessary customer service for US customers! I suffer from severe allergies so I had to go out and spend an additional $300 for a new humidifier while Dyson refuses to send a new replacement; refuses to refund my $700 or provide any type of true or professional customer service here. For the obnoxious price of their products this isn’t just unacceptable. IT’S A SCAM!!!!! The device was not very old and should not have broken down in this manner.I HAVE HAD TO DO A BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT. I WILL ALSO BE TAKING THIS MATTER TO THE NEWS IN MY LOCAL AREA.. DON’T BELIEVE THE DYSON HYPE! NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND CERTAINLY NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION AND INCONVENIENCE!

Went to Dyson demo store unplanned was in the mall and wanted to see if they had the diffuser attachment for my air wrap. Zach approached me and asked if I needed help I asked if they had the attachment and he immediately went and grabbed it for me and checked me out. Very good customer service. Quick and easy. Nice guy. Attachment works perfect

So we went into Dyson on a whim because we was at Tyson’s corner. My wife was curious about the airwrap. And a kind gentleman David gave us a demo and taught my wife a few tricks and was very patience with our questions, right there my wife knew she couldn’t leave without it. we purchased and got a free paddle brush. We are happy with the service, and store overall we are now Dyson electronic people

I made a demo appointment at the Dyson store because I was contemplating buying a Dyson Airstrait, but wasn't sure if it would work on my hair type (I'd read varied reviews). David was wonderful - he demoed the Airwrap and the Airstrait on my hair so I could compare results, and he let me try out the tools myself so I could make an informed decision. He was incredibly friendly and informative, and very honest about how the tools work on different types of hair. I ended up purchasing the Airstrait!

Had a Great experience at the Dyson Demo store today. One of the associates there (Zach) did a Fantastic job showing me the capabilities of the Dyson Gen5detect Vacuum. I very much appreciate Zack's expert knowledge and great customer service.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by David today and I was originally hesitant about getting the airwrap. As soon as David showed me and my mom how to use it, we were sold! He was super nice and took his time to show us how it worked and what all the attachments did. He even helped me test it on my own hair! Incredible service

We had a wonderful purchasing experience while at the Dyson Demo Store. We came in just to look around the store but were quickly convinced to purchase the Dyson AirStrait. David did a fantastic job explaining all the advantages and capabilities of the product and why it’s surpasses all other competitors. He was very patient and well spoken.
