“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”
“I would give this place 10 star because of the customer service and their employees. Every time I come here, I am always greeted at the main entrance. The Hispanic lady is always nice and know exactly where everything is, if I need assistance she's always there to help me. Jr the cashier is friendly and smiling this is my preferred location I've never had a bad experience.”
“I looked up tobacco stores, and noticed by the pictures they had what I was looking for. Parked in front of store and was greeted by Zee who was very helpful. Purchased two carts for a deal price.”

“Used to be a Rite Aid, so it’s really big! One of the nicer Dollar Tree locations I’ve been too, it’s pretty clean, organized, and pretty well stocked.
Only downside is that there’s very limited options with products, not a lot of variety despite it being such a big store.”

“As far as Dollar Trees go, this is probably the best location in the immediate area. The selection is always great and the shelves are pretty well organized. For some reason, Dollar Tree stores have a real challenge keeping shelves organized, but this one does quite well in this regard. The biggest challenge area is the toy aisle, but even there they have a big selection and it's better organized than most other locations. I drive about 20 minutes to get to this store and it's always worth it.”
“Lots of useful things in the Dollar Tree. It helps to be there when the shelves are stocked. It varies among the different locations in our area so I can't recommend one store over another as to when they have been stocked. I think it's just plain fun to go to see what new items are offered as the seasons change. Caution: every item isn't $1.25 anymore. There's an aisle with products that are priced between $3.00 and $5.00. Make a trip to your neighborhood Dollar Tree soon.”
“We were in the area and decided to drop by. Found everything we needed and then some. There were quite a few boxes laying around but a lot is happening at the Dollar Tree. It's also the Holiday season. The store manager, April is the sweetest. She is so humble and took the time to have a conversation with us and had a lovely sense of humor. Made our visit that much better! Overall, I'm glad we got a chance to visit while everything is still $1. Prices will be going up soon.”

“I've been in this store several times within the the last few months and the refrigerator and freezer out front for the customer's is not being used.
I asked an employee about it and was told that they are not working, I then said that they have not been working for a long time now.”

“First and foremost, let's frame our expectations. This is a store that sells things for $1; this is not Nordstrom's or Tiffany's. What do you expect for a dollar???? These are things I buy here: Containers Cleaners balloons gift bags gift wrap These are things I don't buy here: Anything I would ingest into my body.”

“This store is in Fairfax and is part of a national discount chain brand. The store offers products at lower prices since it purchases excess inventory from other brand retailers and sells them to consumers at significant discounts. The store is quite spacious and well-organized in each section. However, during my visit, I noticed that some products needed to be better arranged and appeared cluttered. This detracted from the overall shopping experience and made it less enjoyable than anticipated.”
“The girl at the front (I believe her name is Renee) was extremely polite and helpful. She had a positive attitude and friendly demeanor, which I really appreciated after a bad day!!
I purchased an ice machine from the nearby Best Buy (after spending all day at the hospital). Best Buy didn't have a large enough bag for me, so I walked over to the Five Below for help.
Renee was very knowledgeable about where to find items in the store, and she watched my item while I searched for a bag. She even helped me to dispose of the heavy box and trash (so I could fit my item in a bag). I rarely leave reviews, but she went above and beyond to help. I appreciated her kindness & compassion.
