“I was in the store last night & bought a beautiful Monet! I noticed there was another one and thought later it would be so lovely for my work. I called today & the man who answered took the time to look on the floor to see if it was still there. Unbeknownst to me he put it on hold after confirming it was there. When I had a small window of time between jobs, I called when minutes away from the store to ask if it was still there and be pulled to be held. The lady who answered informed me it was already being held for me! Customer service, in general, has gone down significantly - especially since Covid! This was so refreshing to be served in this way above and beyond! Thank you!”

There are several check out lanes to get you in/out in no time. Public restrooms as well. They also have items for your fur babies if you need a chew toy or doggie bed, HomeGoods has it. “Like other department stores, Nordstrom has differing levels of inventory in its varied categories of fashion forward items.. The helpers, when you can find one, are always willing to order what you’re looking for from another Nordstrom store. Mostly, what they do have in stock is current for the marketplace and nicely arranged. They have a good mix of standard classic clothing and trendy upscale designs. Much of the seasonal selections are discounted as in other stores of their caliber.
This should be on everyone’s list as a go to spot for much of their seasonal needs. Their return policies and cleanliness are top-notch. All of the sales people try very hard to find and help with selections and what you are looking to buy.
Unfortunately, because of the marketing trends in our current economic climate for in stock inventory is lacking. But we can’t blame Nordstrom for following what is going on in the world.”
“Had the most amazing experience yesterday with my two sons suit shopping! It was like old school Nordstroms where the associate helps you! Howard, the gentleman in mens clothing, was at the ready to measure my guys and make sure they both had popping suits for an upcoming wedding! “My biggest complaint is the check out lines- not having enough open for the “rush” times of day is brutal. Second complaint is the produce section being a little less than needed (I wish this was a super Walmart). And the third complaint is the parking lot. These are tight spots and it always seems a bit chaotic. Otherwise- the store itself is great, the staff are usually friendly and helpful. Drive up pick up is usually pretty quick and easy.”

“I've been coming to this Macy's for years now. However, If you were to ask me what side of the mall it is located, I'd have no idea! I just google map my way here. There is a parking garage conveniently located at one entrance (maybe more...) of the store.
This store has changed a lot compared to 10..20 years ago. There are fewer customer service desks on each level, making it harder to find someone to ask questions to or just to check out. There are some employees on the floor putting clothes away, but are still hard to find.
They still carry the same variety of items ranging from perfume/cologne, clothes, shoes, luggage, etc. I personally found it hard to find what I was looking for, but that could also be because I haven't been there in a while.”

“This review would have sounded like the others if it weren’t for Zena. When I walked in, no one greeted me and I was contemplating staying considering I was there for 10 minutes roughly without anyone acknowledging me. Then Zena started her shift and that is why I am able to leave 5 stars comfortably. She immediately approached me and I thanked her for saying anything because no one had thus far and she mentioned she just got on shift and was willing to help! I tried on several pieces and left with a few, to include perfume and a few travel size goodies given for my sister and I. I even reached out to her that same evening for a pair of jeans and if the store carried them, and she was quick to reply with complete kindness and willing to answer any and all questions I had. I’d return here if Zena were working, she was so great and I look forward to shopping here again in the future! Thanks Zena.”
