Incompetent and disgusting customer service. The store manager has the nastiest attitude when the store is at fault. Not gonna go into details which will be saved for formal complaints.

Non-iron is more like slightly iron. I love the styles and quality is pretty good but the sizing is bizarre. The slim fit would look good on a large man. I won’t be a repeat customer.

I bought a suit. The lady is very helpful and knows how to dress you.
I also picked up some of the polo shirts online when they're on sale 3 for $100. Normally they are $100 per shirt which is crazy.

I have been purchasing from CT for the last 7 years. The downtown DC store was my favorite because the employees were always very professional helping me with the right fitting. Then I visited this CT store at Tyson’s corner and I am very disappointed with the employees. The old lady that works there is very rude and racist. I took a friend with me because he likes my suits from CT, and the lady treated him very bad as soon as he walked in. I immediately called her out and she started to get very upset and walked away inside the dressing room. Of course we left the store. I am very disappointed with CT. I will be back to that store soon and if the disrespectful old lady is still there, I will completely stop buying from CT. Racism and discrimination is not acceptable anymore.

I would’ve loved to purchase from them for my upcoming work conference but when I visited the store I was extremely disheartened.
The people working there are not only rude, they are extremely disinterested. I showed them two shirts that I had seen online. They did not have 1 and would not honor the price of the other. They did not bother to ask me any questions to understand the purpose of my visit or how they would be best suited to assist me.
If I could give 0 stars I would. For further visitors, avoid the older lady who works there. She is a tad bit short with blondish hair. She couldn’t care less to assist you. Truly terrible customer service.

I love Charles Tyrwhitt but the people that currently work here are very rude. No concept of customer service. And they don’t honor their online prices. Very disappointed and different than the store in downtown DC and flagship in London.

Very helpful staff and good quality products.1 year update - purchased some new suits and the store manager was extremely helpful getting the right fit and tailoring. I really enjoyed working with her again!

Usually a happy shopper in the earlier days of this brand at Tysons and was a frequent buyer as a result. It's all about making the sale now vice a conversation, an eagerness to help or provide service like it used to be.There is not a genuineness now. Will unsubscribe and stop purchasing.

They service here varies. The lady who was fitting me was very nice and took the time to make sure that I was happy with the suit. However another fitter, the one with gray hair, rung me up and when I asked for alterations on my order he seemed very annoyed with me for wanting to change things or ordering things into the store. As for quality of goods, I ended up returning the suit as the price of 600+ seemed extreme for a half canvas suit where you can find a better quality full canvas suit for around 600 at other stores. They do have good deals on dress shirts at times (3 for 99 etc)

Love the quality of the store. I have been a customer for many years. The low rating today has to do with the fact that one of the associates today was openly yelling at the other and getting in his face. I thought for a moment that there was going to be a physical altercation. It was very unprofessional and made my experience at the store VERY uncomfortable so I left. The arguing persisted for a good 20 minutes.
