Seems the employees are more busy on their phones than helping customers. Granted we looked around and didn’t buy anything, but my friend said “thank you” even though we were spoken to once and didn’t get any further assistance. The guy looked at her and looked away. This is why you should go to Purple. More options, better service, and better people. Never again.

We had a great experience at the Tysons store and we did not know what specifically we wanted from Casper. Jonathan was a wonderful, well informed sales person - answered all of our many questions, guided us between different mattress choices without a strong sell. From entering the store to receiving our Dream Max, we are very pleased - largely due to Jonathan's efforts!

I nearly bought the Casper One on the website but decided to visit the store first. While I did not decide to buy the mattress, I fell compelled to give them 5 stars. Mae was so helpful and informative (friendly too !). She is a great listener and patiently let me test most of the beds in the store. Although none of the beds took enough pressure off my painful hips, the Casper products were all great (alas not for my condition ) I’m thankful for the excellent experience with Casper and particularly with Mae!

Disappointed by pushy sales employee at Casper mattress store. My recent visit to the Casper mattress store on 02/24/2024 was unfortunately ruined by a very pushy employee, who happened to be hanging out with other people who didn't work there in the store. While I was interested in exploring options for upgrading my mattress, the employee's overly insistent demeanor made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. They even went as far as suggesting that there was no point in browsing unless I intended to purchase a mattress that same day.
I believe that the primary function of a physical store is to provide a positive customer experience that fosters informed decision-making, not to pressure customers into immediate purchases. This experience, unfortunately, fell short of that expectation and left me feeling frustrated and discouraged. It was the worst mattress shopping experience I've ever had.
I hope the store can train their employees so the potential customers won't feel forced or uncomfortable in the future.

Ashlee helped us find our perfect mattress & was super informative with explaining to us about the different options. She was very friendly & took her time with us. Casper is a great store & would highly recommend.

The reason the company is named Casper is because the warranty and support disappeared after 12 months. Best to avoid purchasing.
