An excellent venue. We loved how comfortable the seats were. We can't wait to go back.

A nice facility. The seats appear to be a little bigger than older theatres with more legroom too.

I love the outdoor space. I'm not a fan of Star Hill... I would prefer something else with tasty food.

Loved everything about this place. Parking, easy way in, many stands for refreshments, great seats, easy out after the event.

A very nice venue with a large amphitheater, a beautiful terrace, a rooftop , and other art performance facilities. It is very clean, well-managed, and the sound system is great. There is an issue with, the parking garage, especially during the busy events, entry and exit are slow, and you have to spend more than 15 minutes getting in or out, so arrange your time to consider the parking time.

Beware! The Perch, i.e "park in the sky" is a pleasant enough cityscape place to be on a warm evening. The Star Hill has a good selection of beers at decent prices The miniature golf looks interesting with some well-done conversions of a double deck British bus and other vehicles, but a tad expensive and reservations may be necessary.Beware, however, about parking! We drove into the Center complex of buildings around 8pm, on a Monday and it looked as dead as any other comuter-centric city center ghost town you may have experienced. At the main intersection we saw only one car parked in all 4 directions so we just pulled up in front of the darkened Cap1 Hall and jumped out to go up the elevator to get a beer on the roof park. About 40-50 people, seemed sparse, spread out over the two main areas (by the brew garden and by the putt-putt golf). About an hour later came down and found ticket on car -$4 violation plus $5 parking fee plus $25 admin fee, total $34! I guess Cap1 Center has DC or NYC envy; can't imagine Cap1 needs more of our money. Obvious that this is a place that wants to be about residents, Cap1 office workers, and hotel guests and rely on parking fees from the larger surrounding community but only during large Hall events. Not sure there's enough here to attract much more to the Center. Not sure it will be an actual successful business model, but Cap1 has deep pockets to subsidize it to keep the Center looking glitzy even if it remains somewhat sterile. If interested, they could look at the Mosaic District in Merrifield as a possible model for a different approach

Rude staff & poor communication. The event space has a no bag policy that was not made clear on any portion of the booking or on the ticket, an email was sent a day or two before traveling, but fell between the man of junk emails. if you have a purse or bag larger than your hand spread out, a $18 locker rental is your only option second to tossing you bag. The Staff rudeness was a total power trip... Hope this review helps another person avoid a poor experience, or the center altogether.

I was using Capitol one bank services for a very long time.Recently I been badly misled by their entire organization.Their greediness made me change my opinion about them. I just stopped using their services.Be very careful with Capitol One Entertainment. This sector is the biggest fraud!

I love this venue. We came for a concert and it was nice to be in a space that wasn't a huge arena. It is more intimate and allows for the kind of experience you want to have when you go to see one of your favorites. I think the only "complaint" that I have is I wish there was a way to get into the venue from the parking garage but it's a small thing.

Saw the Nutcracker there. Beautiful new venue with a paid parking garage. There is a boutique hotel in the same building as well. The theatre is a good size. Large main orchestra section and two balcony levels.Concessions sold before and during the show. Drunks, mixed drinks, wine, coffee, tea, snacks sold there, including popcorn.Easy to get in and out of the theatre. Elevators for balcony levels. Elevators for parking garage too. Make sure you remember what floor you parked on.
