I had a terrible experience at the Calzedonia store. The sales staff, especially Brittany, were shockingly rude and had a terrible attitude toward customers. Instead of being helpful, they acted as if assisting customers was a burden. Brittany even said, "Even if you talk to my manager, she won’t fire me, and I’ll just find something else." If the staff can’t be friendly and professional, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Calzedonia needs to hire people who actually want to help customers, no matter how bad their day is!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I love the brand, I’ve been buying the products for years in Europe, but the service at this location is absolutely awful every time I go in. That’s why I shop on line as much as I can. Please find better staff.

Very bad service we had today, felt like racist act from the instore service people from today. I would definitely not recommend this brand to anyone from now on.

I’ve been a few times over the years. I always forget why I don‘t frequent the store more often. The service is always abysmal, and the employees seem bothered and annoyed when asked for assistance even when they‘re the ones to ask if there’s assistance needed. Frankly I only go here for the assortment of stockings in person, but at this point I’ll just shop online elsewhere for them.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Calzedonia! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Sydney went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect item that was looking for. Their customer service was exceptional. She went out of her way and to investigate my situation by asking the right questions and giving me a call back to assure all of my needs are met! I'll definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend! Kudos to you Sydney!

Quality seems just about right :)

The girls there were super nice and helpful and when they didn’t have the size I needed in a certain color, they gave me a nicer quality pair for the original price. I always go back for tights bc of the foot design.

The women who work here are super rude, I think the Hispanic woman is homophobic. You can't return anything even if you haven't worn anything, and nothing even fits. Avoid.

Came to return some of the items we ordered online and they said they are not connected to the online store and won’t return anything. Both cashier and her manager I guess were pretty rude and all they said is: sorry we can’t do anything.
