The Burberry store at Tysons Galleria in McLean, VA features Burberry’s iconic distinctive check pattern in many of the product selections from accessories to scarfs and clothing. The store carried an excellent collection of shoes! The staff was busy yet helpful servicing many of their customers.

Had a really fun time checking out the Burberry store. Two associates went out of their way to show me products they thought I’d like and I ended up purchasing a wallet.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a bag at Burberry.Palinda is an excellent saleswoman who is caring, polite, and highly professional. She makes you feel welcomed unlike a lot of the other salespeople at stores in the Galleria.Overall, the store is well organized and includes a beautiful selection of the newest designer items.

I came in to do a return Khang and Anthony(i think that was his name) helped right away. Their system was down but they were able to make accommodations to make it more time efficient for me. While I was waiting I was looking around and Zohra was assisting me and helped me out. On top of that she was extremely sweet and feel the genuine love she had. Overall, amazing staff and wish they all get some type of promotion for the excellent experience they gave me.

ZERO RATING Staff were very difficult, unfriendly to work with. The gentlemen who inspected items told me the are items are not returnable. Purchased a wallet and I went home and see scratch all over the purse. When I tried to exchange same purse they are not willing to exchange since it is used.The wallet is less than a week old. They sold with scratch.Worst company to deal with and staff was not friendly at all. They show new one in the store and packed with scratch on wallet and they are unable to exchange also. Don't deal with it

Staff were very difficult, unfriendly to work with. I was here with my mother to return couple items that she was not satisfied with. The gentlemen who inspected items (they were purchased less than a week ago) declared that none of the items are in "sellable condition" because on one of the item that were trying to return, the tag on the handbag was stuck in the zippers and we tried to unzip the bag to pull the tag out, but it came off. The staff didn't even try to accommodate our returns, they were so quick to turn us away. The entire event was so embarrassing to myself and my mother. I understand returning designer brand items are sensitive about tags being attached, but in all honestly, anyone can tell if the item was used or not. Customers, please beware of the level of service that you will receive in this shop vs other amazing options and brands in the galleria. I felt very mistreated because we came straight to return the item and not to look around. What a disappointment.

Not impressed by the quality of the wallet I purchased and really disappointed when I went back to ask them to repair it. I was told all the repairs up to $100 will be taken care of and then I received a call that the repair estimate is $105 for a wallet that I purchased for $300 less than 3 years ago….i guess I be buying a new wallet and most likely not a Burberry one.

worst customer service ever you spend your money pair of shoes is almost 500 and the employee are unprofessional shame on you Burberry The Asian guy was a little polite but the other two African-American lady oh my God I don’t know how they gat a job do better Burberry .

First time Luxe and Burberry purchase. The service was great and Cynthia answered all of my questions and gave me trivia and other things to know about my bag. She was so sweet and made the process super easy and breezy. I will return to this location when I want to purchase more!

I want to share my experience here, in hope of helping you to avoid it.Not the first time for Burberry purchase ( actually I have several items, like coats and scarfs) but first time for shoes. I purchased a pair of rubber boots here three days ago, when I was in the store I only tried them on for a few minutes because kids were with us, and the sizing seems not perfect but workable. But at home when I walked in them more (roughly 45 mins) I found they were so unbearable ( the awkward height of the boot tubs and the stiff materials pressed my calfs hard enough to cause skin scratches) . I wanted to return them or get other items ( which I could actually use) I’m not happy because 1. Boots are easily get scuffed ( I didn’t know this and I normally walk in them at home) and they won’t return them even with minor scuffs 2. My sales person are not willing to communicate with GM, and is rude leaving me in the store.So be care and pay attention when you purchase here, particularly for those delicate items ( I personally don’t think rubber shores should be delicate to that extent) you need more time to try on to tell if they fit you or work for you.

Nice items in store but staff was poor. Went there today and wasn’t greeted very well. Was looking to purchase my first scarf and did so but with very little help. When you’re spending 500 dollars on a scarf i’d expect to be treated better.

I am rating this five stars because of one person who attended to my phone call on a lazy weekend. I was after a quilted jacket and was browsing online but had to call the galleria store to conform availability. Esther took my call and from the get-go, her service, attention and approach was excellent. She went through the details with me, got the jacket in two sizes (as I was falling between two sizes and that was the whole reason I needed help) and got both of them transferred from NYC store to McLean. She kept me updated and called me when the items arrived. I was thoroughly impressed with her service, attention, speed and follow-through.This five star rating is because of Esther. I will definitely be back to buy more from Esther at this Burberry store.

Alexis is (always) my rep at this store and she is terrific- pleasant, helpful, goes above and beyond. Started coming to this location after my home location closed. She understands customer service and the value of a loyal client. She’s helped me with returns/exchanges even when they were maybe not necessarily warranted, but when you’re spending at this level for a product you expect a high level of support. Because of her (and the brand’s overall) stellar service both before and after the sale, I will continue to shop here regularly. I find myself frequently picking Burberry over other brands whose products/style I like, but haven’t always had the positive service experiences like I have with this store.
